The staff is extraordinarily friendly. The hotel is set in a beautiful big lush garden next to a tranquil river with small waterfall. Ideal place to relax close to the national park.

This is NOT something to complain but something to be aware of. It is easy for those who have car and want to go around or just wanna stay and only relax in the hotel which is relaxing. The kayaking trail is very very short. So, if you want to have a picture then it's okay. But can not do real kayaking.

I like the spacious, clean room and very nice staff. The breakfast is Alacart but you can have as much as you like until you are satisfied and it's tasty. A good little hotel for spending time quietly in nature, hearing the sound of water.

Food variety is not big

Very clean spacious room with all facilities. Nice and peaceful place with wonderful nature. The staff are very kind and helpful. Generous breakfast. Free kayaking service in a canal.

For a premium hotel, I don't understand why the toilet is in the shower. The food was good but not outstanding. Aside from these points, I would have rated it 10/10.

Beautiful room, big and clean. Great view of the river and trees. We loved the jacuzzi bath. The hotel is procey but luxurious in most respects. Nice pool. Location feels remote but it's only 5 minutes drive to the Mittraphap highway 2

Nothing to dislike - every detail has clearly been discussed over and delivered with style.

Stunning property that is even more beautiful than the pictures, set in very quiet and beautiful grounds alongside a stunning river with three waterfalls. Our room was exceptionally comfortable and everything was so tasteful and high-end. Cocktails, dinner and breakfast by the pool were all lovely and quite memorable. We met the owners at breakfast and they kindly showed us around the property which was so kind of them. They have created a stunning property with a great deal of love and attention to detail.

no words to express how great is this hotel, place and people who working here. my mom first time in Thailand and we decided to open country for her with this place. we came for a long weekend to celebrate my birthday as well. Total relax, calm, beautiful nature and amazing service. Initially it was planned to explore farms and forest around, but what we got in Prangpaya was enough. It was a real care of the team all our stay, fantastic fresh and delicious thai dishes with salads from own eco farm. Room was very stylish and supernew, with amazing view on the river and plants. Highly recommended. don’t miss a chance to enjoy real Thai hospitality and nature. special thanks to the bar and restaurant team - they are stars of this hotel.

Breakfast needs work and could be better. So many amazing things one can provide in terms of variety and food options. The pillows in the room could be softer. Maybe offer two options.

I felt it was overpriced. Food choice - limited. Forgot to empty bins in the room when they made up the bed. I had to request additional mosquito ring
