Very clean. They have everything. Beautiful garden. Swimming pool. Nice rooms. Staffs are hardworking, friendly and they can speak English. Service is like a 5star hotel’s. You’re offered drinks as soon as you arrive. They have porter who’s always there to carry things for you.

TV stations could have more international channels... and restaurant and bar service can be extended to later hours for outdoor seating by the pool area..

Excellent location, large rooms with balcony, lovely infinity pool over the river kwai, good breakfast, and good generally.. clean and excellent service.. lovely gardens and landscapes. Plenty parking space..

This hotel is very nice. Clean and well taken care of with a very friendly staff. We were looking for a quiet hotel away from the city for a few nights and this was perfect.

Last morning there were a few guests so breakfast was cooked for you. I ordered eggs with saugages the eggs came but sausages came some tome later when I had finished breakfast.

I was disappointed in my stay here. My balcony door was broken in my first room which can happen but you’d think they’d check when they clean the room. They were able to put me in another room fairly quickly though. Twice I found a black hair in my bed linnen. I have blonde hair. The pillow cover in my room also had a hole in it. Location is far away from the centre and they don’t provide shuttles so if you don’t have a car it’s inconvenient if you want to go somewhere early in the morning (had trouble booking grab at 8am). If you ask, they’ll call you a cab but price was almost twice as much as on grab. They do ask if the price works for you though. It didn’t seem like they provide any excursions/activities. Despite the above, I was initially planning to stay a third night as the facilities are decent enough but I cancelled it as on my second night a temple nearby started playing loud music at 5am. it was so loud that it woke me up I tried to Google what it was for but couldn’t find anything so after 30 minutes I called 24h reception to ask how long it would last. They hung up on me three times with no explanation because the on duty person didn’t speak English. When I went to reception they could kinda explain it would last until 10am. I respect that it is out of their hands but a heads up would have been nice as I had just spoken to reception the evening before. When googling some more with the minimal information they gave me, it seems like this temple ritual happens every Sunday at 5 am. So if you’re looking to rest, don’t book this place. It’s not clear to me if you can go to the temple as an outsider to witness the event.

I liked everything about this property. Although it is a little bit out of the main tourist area it is quiet and perfectly located right on the river with views from the beautiful clean pool and terraced gardens.

The staff were not personable at all for a 4 star resotel. We stayed in a 2 star hotel the week before & every member of staff smiled as we passed them, it was the opposite at this hotel 🙁 The coordinates for the pier are incorrect, we spent nearly 1.5 hours driving around getting lost. During this time the hotel did not respond to our requests for help! We informed the reception staff of this & emailed the manager, still no response at all. The resotel may be nice & grand, however it's the welcome and the people who matter the most and this is their downfall.

The grounds, the room & the lighting at night were wonderful.

Just wish it was a little closer to the town taxis or own car is a must.

Loved it, breakfast was excellent, we also had dinner in the restaurant which was superb and Cocktails by the pool. The pool is perfect for cooling down and it wasn't too deep.

It was a bit far from the town and markets, you definitely need transport unless you are spending you're time.e at the hotel.

We payed VIP room for jacuzzi and there was only cold water. Although we were sweating all day wee need warm water to enjoy jacuzzi. The staff is super unpleasant. We came in the afternoon just to leave our luggage and rush to the train station to catch the train. We got back at 10 p.m. and our luggage was still by the reception desk instead in our room. Noone is smiling there, exept one gardener (like we were not in Thailand). Beside that I received 20 mails about payment before coming to the hotel, although the reservation was secured with my credit card (we didn't have this kind of problems with no other hotel in our one month trip)
