location of hotel very close to beach, shops and restaurants, and about two miles from the main town. Room was large, clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was good and the staff were cheerful and helpful.

Shower was a bit out dated but nothing to worry about

Lovely little place enjoyed my stay close to shopping and beach down a quite little Soi what makes this place even more delightful is the staff very accommodating to their guests and a absolute value to the hotel and Pla is amazing to her guests that stay there I will definately be back next year

Nothing to complain about

Excellent hotel right in the heart of Hua Hin. The room we had (family room) was huge. the bed was comfortable and the facilities were great. the swimming pool was lovely and the sun loungers comfortable. Despite being right in the heart of Hua Hin, it was set back off the main road and was very peaceful. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. we had breakfast there which was lovely. A real family feel to the place, and we will certainly book again next time we visit Hua Hin.

As we continue our journey on the evening train, the personel let us use hotel premisses, pool and pool shower until evening (we didn’t even asked for, they suggested it on their own). Possibility of taking a shower after whole day and before night in the train absolutely made our day. Give 11/10 only for that. Thank you sirs.

Good location near the main street, but totally quiet. About 5 minutes walk to the big shopping center Bluport, 10 minutes to the beach and 15 minutes to another huge shopping center. Breakfast was good and staff very kind. Very clean rooms and the garden was so lovely. I also liked swimming in the pool in the evening. Big king size bed, good wifi and free water.

Perhaps the showers could do with more pressure, but that's just nitpicking at this point. Everything was excellent and exceeded my expectations.

An excellent hotel in a very good location, as it is just a minute's walk from Bluport (one of the large shopping centers in Hua Hin), which means you are never far away from food, shopping, entertainment and bus connections. The staff are all excellent, doing their best to accommodate your every request. The breakfast is amazing as well - they have fruits, bread, cereal etc, but also you can choose a main dish each day (and there are different ones every day). The pool was nice - you can have a very relaxing time just sunbathing with a nice drink from the hotel bar. Finally, the rooms are very big and clean and come with a balcony as well.

Not the hotels fault but guests leaving towels on beds for hours at a time before returning. Sometimes you want a bit of sun rather than shade! We didn’t have to pay for our 3 year old as she was deemed free as she shares our bed. Due to this, she wasn’t allowed the included cooked breakfast. We felt this was a little unfair. During our extensive trip we have always received a breakfast even if she has been free. Please note that she was allowed toast/cereal and fruit, just not the cooked breakfast such as eggs/sausage and bacon. Just something for other travellers to be aware of if travelling with toddlers.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Prinz Garden Villa. The grounds are stunning, beautiful pool and our room was perfect for our stay. Room was very clean, bright, spacious and balcony had 3 seating areas which was great for us. 5 mins walk to shopping mall and another one was about 15 mins away. Beach 5-10 mins. Staff friendly.

Smallish hotel that was well located. Golf trip was great and the hotel helped to make it that way. Rooms lovely, pool fantastic and breakfast very good.

Reception staff, including manageress were so accommodating and helpful. House keeping impeccable. Ground staff friendly and in general like Thai people are, friendly and polite.
