It would have been great to have a lift but the design of hotel didn’t have one. They took our bags up to the room for us. The stairs was good exercise.

It was a home from home. Several lovely ladies looked after us. Clean beach towels every day. They had a small area with tables and chairs outside. Lots of people stopped by for their fabulous cakes and coffee. Oh and ice cream. 100 yards from beach, restaurant and bars on door step. This was a budget stay but wouldn’t have said it was. Room was huge and immaculately clean. We asked for a quiet room which we got. Not much of a view but we didn’t expect one. I’d stay there again.

We knew no lift or balcony, so not a problem for us.

Large rooms. Very clean. It’s a 5 minute walk to the beach. The staff are exceptional, usually two ladies. Doing everything by themselves. Very friendly and helpful. They go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable. Nothing was a problem. I don’t think I’ve stayed anywhere before that has made us feel as welcomed. Didn’t here any noise from surrounding bars in the room. We were in 4/4 the view a bedroom opposite. Didn’t bother us as we were out most of the day.

It can be noisy till 12 or 1 am if windows of your room look on to the street with bars, however the live music was not bothering me while sleeping. No elevator, however the staff helps with lifting your luggage to upstairs.

Nice and friendly staff. Clean room and value for money. Hotel is located 5 minutes walking from the beach. There are many restaurants and bars in that area. Overall, I enjoyed my stay in Pro Andaman Place, and definitely I will come back.

On arrival the card machine 'didn't work' which isn't a problem, I wish I'd just been told beforehand so I didn't have to walk around with my luggage looking for ATMs. I actually then had to check out and find a new hotel the next day because when I got back to the hotel in the evening my room (4th floor, front of the hotel) was SO noisy and loud from bars downstairs playing live music it was like I was at a concert and they were unable to change my room. The music was so loud and didn't stop for hours (after midnight) and I slept with my headphones on at full volume and could still clearly hear the music. If you want a relaxing stay, I would recommend elsewhere.

Rude lady at chechout first asked us to return beach towels which we already had returned and commented "Yes very dirty" . So much for Bye and have a safe journey!

Location was great with lots of bars and restaurants nearby. Rooms were visibly clean but Mould is a big issue and when we asked for help we got none.

It is a 2 stars hotel when in Booking you can find it as a 3 stars one. We had an upgrade in our room that turned up to be a room in the 5th floor (no elevator in the hotel). We had 2 croissants and 2 coffees in the time we were there and it was expensive in comparison with the prices of the town.
