Proximity to airport and walking distance to beach. Great beach restaurants. Also, national park on beach close by. Bikes are available for cruising to beach at no charge. Also beach towels available for no charge. Toilet room separate from bathroom facilities.

You cannot check in until 3pm no matter what (no welcome drink on arrival, other guests did), then we had to wait an extra 30 minutes for our luggage to arrive 2000thb on arrival (therefore we had £50 to get rid of as this was our last day) Breakfast was reasonable, cold fried eggs that had stood for some time Air conditioning too cold no instructions how to use it, therefore we had to remove the key card No hotel information, other than a list of items you had to pay for either lost or damaged down to a tea spoon We asked for a late check out (obviously willing to pay) the hotel said no, therefore we booked another hotel 10 minutes walk to Phuket Airport

The room was spacious, with a good size bathroom and dressing room Smallest fridge I have ever seen travelling around Thailand for 6 weeks Balcony too hot to sit out and enjoy, no pool view unless you hand over the balcony to the pools below which you didn't have access to

We had some problems with the air condition, we couldn't set it up to work properly. At the checkout, we had to wait a bit in the reception area for them to let us know all is good with our room.

The access to the private pool was really worth it! It was nice to spend a night here before our flight back. The hotel area is really lush and green and well taken care of. The room was very spacious and clean.

The buffet breakfast wasnt very good and id recommend not having it if you stay here. You can find many more better places for breakfast around Nai Yang. The TV in the room also would stop working quite a lot

The breakfast options could be more, but i guess that was OK for a 4 star hotel. The kids club was a small room, but OK for a 4-star hotel.

The room was great. Book the superior with pool access on the second floor. It's really worth it. The insude of the room was clean and you could see that they pay attention to the details. The pool was nice (unfortunately the pool bar was not open). The breakfast was good, but could be improved. Generally, the hotel is an upper 4-star hotel.

The breakfast was rather ordinary. A posh coffee maker in the room,rather than instant with powdered milk, z would have been nice (first-world problem, I know).

The junior, pool access, suite was excellent: Bright, spacious, well equipped and with open access to a well-maintained semi-private pool - good price for lovely room. Great staff, Preaw in particular.

Checking in. We arrived earlier than expected (prior to the 3 PM check in time). Had to wait till 3 to get to our room.

Ceiling and walls are thin so can hear noises, especially at night. Aircon in room 304 is a little noisy, hotel should fix it. Can hear door closing quite loudly. Suggest hotel to place a note on the door to inform guests to close door softly. Would be good to have a sliding partition between bed and bathroom for more privacy and to block the noise from corridors.

It's a 10 to 15min stroll to the beach area where there are many shops and restaurants. The area near the hotel is relatively quiet and there are a few massage places, eateries and a 7-11. Room is spacious and all equipment are in working condition. Nice lounge area in the room plus outdoor balcony. Bed is comfy with a few pillows and cushions. Pool area is great for swimming and relaxation (when don't have noisy guests or kids).

Thought it was over priced,we bkd a double and got two single beds there was tape holding the tiles on the walls, a little bit scruffy in parts for such a pretty hotel

Absolutely nothing. Great value for money, really clean and comfortable.

Great location, 5 minutes to the beach, less than 10 minutes drive to Phuket International airport, airport shuttle bus or guarded car park if you drive. Very helpful and welcoming staff.

Aircon unit was leaking slightly, but I did not notice this until the last day. There are limited bicycles available for rent and they must be returned by 6.30pm, which I did not find very ideal.

Hotel compound is well-kept and nicely designed. Service staff were friendly. Hotel is close to the airport, able to cab there quickly, and I was not disturbed by any airplane noises. Room was clean and very spacious, even has a bathtub and small balcony. Convenience store is only a 1 min walk away. Free bicycle rental - there are several F&B options that are within 10min cycling distance (you can also choose to walk), as well as Naiyang beach.

Didn’t seem to be anybody serving at the swim-up bar

Close to the airport (5 minutes in a taxi) and an easy 10 minute walk to the beach and it’s bars. Ideal for that last night in Thailand before flying out. Rooms are well equipped and the swim-up rooms are nice.

There was no open restaurant or bar onsite while we were there, despite what the Booking.com description led me to believe. It looked like there was an (unstaffed) swim-up pool bar but it was empty. There is a restaurant for *breakfast only* and the room service options for non-breakfast-time meals primarily featured American food. We ate dinner at Naiyang Central Kitchen (2 min walking) and were very satisfied.

The Junior Suite was an incredible value, with a very spacious room and lovely bathroom setup. Staff was consistently friendly and helpful. The interior was immaculate and the living plants everywhere added a beautiful touch to an urban location.
