Upon arrival the floor of my room was pretty dirty. Even when housekeeping came by it still wasn’t swept or cleaned properly so I had to clean my feet every single time before getting into bed.

Nicely located, close to 7-Eleven, food, laundry, etc. Really big room and spacious bathroom. Pretty nice pool area!

The rooms do echo a bit, so you can hear the footsteps from above (use earplugs). The location of the aircon is a bit tricky, its on the balcony.

The pool area was very useful, The rooms were very large, and the rooms cleaned often. Most of the furniture had rubber feet on, so it doesnt make a noise on the floor.

We'd specifically booked due to the pool, although having read other reviews we should have been prepared as the pool was unusable. It looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a long while, however, on the last day the pool was in fact cleaned and did look much better although we didn't have time to go in before we left. Also, its worth knowing that the location was a little far out, especially without a bike but we were happy walking

Very spacious rooms and very clean. All the staff we met were friendly and helpful. The room was cleaned after the first day and bottles of water/coffee provided. On the next day, no cleaning and just the water was left outside the room but this was no issue and was a great bonus to get drinking water. The balcony was nice too.

Our airconditioning was loud, the unit outside specifically. It's located on the balcony and was significantly louder than the airconditioning fan (on its highest setting) in the room.

Spacious room and bathroom. The location is nice too, would recommend to rent a bike to explore other places too.

The room did have a lot of mosquitos when we arrived, we think the cleaner must've left doors open to let them in so would recommend closing the doors, but we did soon got rid of them. The room does need better cleaning as it was dusty and some refurb as it has stains on the roof from leaking air con. We also had a gecko in our room due to large old air vents that the air con came through. Pool could be open until 7pm as it is a nice place to relax after a busy day in the heat.

Great view over the pool and scenery from large balcony. Nice location in a quieter part of Chaweng, no noise from parties or bars but close to some great restaurants (highly recommend Crystal Thai 7 mins walk away) and close to the beautiful Chaweng beach Friendly staff and next door to a huge supermarket. Large room with everything needed, air con, towels, toiletries and comfy bed. Pool area was quiet and nice for a quick relax after a busy day.

location is good but a decent walk to anything so would need to hire a bike. the rooms are quite outdated and need modernising. the staff were okay but had to call someone to answer any questions we had at all.

Bed and pillows not comfortable at all. Too much humidity in the room. Aircon loud but not doing much for that humidity problem. Our room's balcony looking at 24 store wall full of loud aircons.

Good location for us. Pool was clean. Staff friendly and cleaned the rooms every day. Wifi is very fast and stable. Hot and cold water. Big room. No bugs or such.

Everything was quiet old. Especially the electronical devices should be replaced with more energy saving devices. The pool was not clean at all and it was a bit disgusting to swim there.

Very big room. Was well equipped with different furniture and electronical devices such as fridge, water boiler, hair dryer, TV. Very nice staff. Big pool.
