Location, a bit away from everything. No animation programm. Food and drinkts in restaurants overpriced and because of location and missing alternative restaurants bad. Cleaning and staff attendence coukd be better. Getting a sunbed ob the beach is a challenge, overall beach with sunbed area could be increased.

Very nice and new Hotel. Very nice and private beach. Good food at buffet. Free daily Shuttle to local market. Very good Wifi even on the beach.

Not the hotel , but there wasn't enough seating by 7 am each day . Everyone put towels down and we never had anywhere to sit.

Check in and check out times could be improved. There is just one staff that can do these process. Other hotel staff at the reception area are not helpful, asking me to wait for the key staff. Also hotel staff at the reception area, when I checked-in, they didn't told me that must bring the deposit paper when check-out, I have to walk to the room again to get it to complete check-out process. And the staff won't help, don't have other way to help, such as you can check the copy of the deposit, tell the maid to take a picture of the deposit or any other way that you can do to help, This is common sense that everyone should have!

My kid was craving for some sweets from the buffet afte lunch, but the rulles said that you are not allowed to get things to your room. Having so many kids aroud I think they could allow you to put 2-3 cakes on a plate and take it to your room.the only reason I don't give this place a full 10.

There was a constant lack of staff throughout our stay. My impression was that the ones on duty were constantly overwhelmed. There are no restaurants or anything nearby on the beach. Plus there was a really annoying problem in our room: all the lights and the fan started at random times in the night (15 times at least altogether), so I could't sleep... the next day the engineer changed the card in the wall pocket to a plastic one and from then on it was OK

Breakfast is nice but too crowded. The room was also clean and spacious, but the shower area is unnecessarily huge and open - would have been better to have a bigger seating area or a desk in the room instead. Plus we only had one chair. We liked the pools, the beach, the fitness room, ping-pong, badminton etc.

Too much people in small hotel area, pool area was very noisy and people use it at night, we have pool access room so it was very restless.

Room was nice, service was good, breakfast was versatile and good. Valentine’s day dinner in Kram was awesome, wonderful taste experiences, we love it.

Below average service and food. Two restuarants neither of them up to standard. New years gala dinner took all effort of the staff and Pushing guests to super expensive poor buffets.

Hotel itself very beautiful but isolated, there was nothing around, you need to take shuttle bus(cost money) to closest town or to Khao Lak center to restaurants and bars, food at hotel quite disappointed was not up to Pullman standards.

Some of the hotel staff at the reception area seem to be overly busy and not very customer focussed. The check in and check out times could be improved. The hotel is out of the way, far from anything apart from the beach really. It is expensive for what it actually is.

The beach bar/restaurant service was poor. We had to book 24 hours in advance to eat here which was not ideal. The staff in this area were very slow at taking orders. Would be nice to have poolside service, we did experience this at times but was not the case every day.

The rooms were fabulous, loved the pool areas and the swim up bar. Although I did not have children, I think the facilities and games for the kids was great. Loved the gym, very large and enjoyed the yoga class and aqua aerobics.

No one fill the morning buffet. Restaurant staff were poor. No service mind. Stayed in family room and Need to ask for sleepers from the house keeper. No hand soap in the 2nd washroom. Need to buy my own hand wash.

Reception girl was great. Lovely activity and nice pools for family with kids.

A lot of the staff across all functions (reception, kids club, restaurants, etc.) just don't speak English which can get very frustrating. There is practically nothing to do outside the hotel within walking distance or even below 20 minutes local taxi ride. Beach bar service is very slow, there's always at least one item wrong in an order or just delayed 20 minutes from the rest of the food. We stayed in a no meals plan and there are basically zero alternatives around to the hotel restaurants (which gets really boring) would probably be a better experience with their all inclusive plans

Hotel is new, modern with great facilities for kids and families in general (pool areas, water activities, kids club), rooms are very nice and comfortable.

In my opinion they should quit with almost all the International buffets. Italian, Mediterranean and so on. they were quite flat and boring and not at all that Italian and so on. I am also in restaurant business my self so I know quite a bit how Italien food should be. Another option would be to make a bigger a la carte menu First half the pool down by the beach was adults only, this was taken away later and that was good. We had children in ages 4 month, 5 years 7 years, 10 years and the baby needed to be in shadow and we wanted to be in the sun so in that way it was perfect by the beach club. But then we did not want to leave the other kids alone in the kids pool. Please change this system! The prices at the hotel was too high, but this because we had no choice to go out for dinner since too far away from everything

Breakfast was really ok. Unfortunately a lot of empty Bowls quite often. Nice rooms and nice pool/beach club by the beach.
