Room service could be better and the chk in counters could move faster. The main chk in lobby area was extremely hot and stuffy. Not many activities within the hotel grounds. Restaurants within the hotel grounds served limited food varieties and were very pricey.

Gd bfast. Nice pools. Quiet surroundings. Beautiful sunrise and sunset views fr the room. An extra bed was thoughtfully included.

I would have expected the room sizes to be slightly bigger given the price, but other facilities kind of compensated for it, so not much to complain about.

I liked the facilities and the staff the most. Everything went smooth from start to end. Cleanliness was top notch and location is great if you want to stay away from the Patong party kind of areas while not being too distant from it. There are also some good restaurants within walking distance of 15 mins from the resort.

There is a lot of safety concerns about the hotel, there are many areas where kids or even adults can fall and get hurt badly so please scan the areas and stay vigilant with your kids around those areas and balconies

Definitely coming back the next time, pools are fantastic, food is great, great beach and beach access unlike most resorts in Phuket, for a family with kids I would say this is one of the top options and you would not need to go out much but please read the problems

Lots of European holiday makers throwing down towels on sunbeds and reserving them all day despite being seemingly elsewhere.

Sheer size of the hotel, offering many beautiful pools and stone throw to the beach. I wanted to watch prem football that kicked off at 2:15am and the staff kept the TV ready for me and turned it on for me alone to watch through till 430am. Was excellent of them. Location is excellent for walking to nearby restaurants, massage and grocery shops along with taxis just outside for short trip to Patong.

We wanted the freedom to take or leave breakfast, so didn't book in advance. At nearly double the cost and expensive to have a just a croissant and (poor) coffee that didn't have our desired oat milk, it made us choose more often than not to head out of the hotel for breakfast. Also, they should really have fans for the outside area restaurant. Rude and intoxicated Russian guests.

The staff at reception were always uptight. No flexibility. Even when we asked for water bottles in room, they came in to check if we were given 4 bottles for the day, they actually came inside the room to check. Almost as if we can't have more water! Never have we experienced this in 5 star hotels. We stayed in pullman naithon after this, there the staff were a lot friendlier and accommodating and much less fussy over such little things.

Big resort lots of opem spaces and swimming pools. Beach is just behind the hotel across the road. Room was very nice.

Access with a buggy is difficult. Wheelchair users would find it impossible with steps everywhere and ramps only available in some areas. The places with ramps were either extremely steep or out of the way and difficult to find. Some ramps were fine with a buggy but would be inaccessible to someone with a wheelchair or limited mobility. The hotel is very tired, and thankfully, they seem to have begun renovations under the new brand. We opted for no breakfast so we could eat out each morning, which was a mistake on my part. Finding restaurants open nearby before 10A.M. was difficult. The restaurants in the hotel are extortionately expensive for food, which is good but by no means amazing. One accepts hotel prices will be higher for meals but not 3 or 4 times the price of the restaurants outside. Drinks were extremely dear. The receptionist tried to strongarm me into buying breaklast at the beginning of our trip at a reduced rate. Otherwise, I would have to pay far more. Thankfully, I didn't, as we had the buffet in Buon Appetito the first morning, and it was pretty rubbish. We ate in the Italian poolside resteraunt on the final morning for convenience, and it was the polar opposite and really good. How can two buffet breakfasts in the same hotel under the same F&B team be so far apart?! The rooms are quite dark with a lot of dark wood. Lighting is poor, which is made worse by all of the dark wood. Rooms are very dated, and we battled with ants every day. Having something as simple as a bag of chips or some fruit in the room would have an ant attack if left down open for more than an hour. Ironically, I live in a country with a similar climate and ant issues, and I arranged for my home to be treated while away. It is an easy and quite inexpensive. If I can get my home treated, why can't you have a hotel done too? The shuttle bus service is a pain.

Good selection of pools. Pretty central to Kata and Karon beach. Friendly staff who are always helpful. The ladies in the Karon Cafe made such an effort to say hello to our little one by name every time we passed, never mind entered the café! A small thing but very much appreciated. Nice grounds with wildbirds and a sense of calm in the hectic surroundings of Phuket. Easy to get sunbeds at the pool which large generous sized towels available.

Im sorry, but It's not a 5-star hotel. Too big and hard to get from one place to another and even to go out of the property. the rooms are old and not maintained.

Price for food and drink in the hotel are crazy (250 baht for a can of beer vs. 39 baht per can in a supermarket). Lots of guests bringing in food and drink, unsurprisingly. Need some rubbish bins around hotel grounds.

Huge hotel , daunting at first however very well managed. Fantastic kids club, pools and gym. Lovely grounds. Great breakfast. Never felt crowded at breakfast or around pool. Ten minutes walk to bars and restaurants.

All prices in the resort food, drinks were extremely over priced which was a shame. Example can of coke 17 TBT in 7/11-across the road 25 and 80 in the room. Small can Singa 180 in the room or around pool 54 Tbt in 7/11 large bottle.

We realize no place is perfect. My wife had the Pad See Ew twice in Thai Thai and it had little to no flavor. It is possible the chef misunderstood her food allergies and took all the spices out. Although she has it all the time in the states from different restaurants with no issues. At times, the AC had issues keeping the room cool. We realize there were some extremely hot and humid days. Also, ordered filet mignon steak for room service. Got a call back they were out. Asked for the NY strip instead. Got the ribeye at twice the price and it was a poor (fatty and gritty) piece of meat and missing the fries. Highly disappointing. Wanted to call to complain about it and my wife asked me not to. The chair in our room was not comfortable and we had to work to not slip out of it. Elevators and some restrooms were stifling hot.

Breakfast was good. However, the consistency and availability of certain foods was up and down during our visit. The staff was excellent. The Spa services were excellent. Nice choice of pools. Open air lobby, lounges and restaurants were beautiful. A peaceful place to relax and unwind.

It appears Booking.com charged me considerably more for this room (nearly double) compared to if I had booked direct with the resort - hence my value for money comment. Not the resorts issue or a mistake I will make again

Buffet breakfast was amazing with so much variety. The location was really good as it was so close to the beach and so close to restaurants and markets etc. The staff are so friendly, and the surroundings are just beautiful with so many pools to pick from and beautiful nature to admire and relax

WifFi was very poor. Not 200mbps as advertised. Around 4 - 6 mbps and kept disconnecting. Swimming pools were quite shallow, no more than 1.2m deep.

Elevator smelt of sewers. Was woke up at 3 am from generator outside room on our last night after 3 day stay.
