The cleanliness can be improved, especially the room floor. The texture of the bed linen is not very comfortable.

It was not very social and also the staff/owners acted quite cold, but this could have been because of a language barrier. But nevertheless thats nothing to complain of for that price

Value per money was excellent. Even though it was a multi bed dorm it didnt feel like it, because of the nice curtains.

Didn't use Toilet outside but handicapped Toilet near my room always very smelly. It has a nice garden but needs to tidy up.

It was an old bungalow house in a quiet soi. WiFi works well as it was not a big house. Friendly, helpful and "talkative" lady host😁who sells 1.5L drinking @10 Baht, laundry service @50 Baht with sun dry. Very reasonable.

Kitnchen can be much better . Utensils can be placed in good place. Need good space for washing and dry clothes.

Comfortable room. Very nice staff. Quiet location, with not much to see, but a taxi anywhere is cheap and easy. I lived and worked in Khon Kaen for some time, and this place is easily the best value for money.

Noisy doors, slamming in the middle of the night, sometimes it's hard to sleep. Toilets and showers are not easy to reach (you have to go through some unfinished and slightly flooded area), and you need to change shoes every time you go there and use other people's slippers.

The staff were lovely and very friendly. Good WiFi. Aircons working well everywhere.

The toilets are right against the walls, so you have to sit a bit sideways if you have long legs. There's only one outlet for the bed and it's usb so had to charge my laptop elsewhere.

Friendly,helpful owner who has traveled to all of Thailand's 70+ provinces and can advise you about places worth visiting. Beds are properly isolated with walls capsule style. Also when I was there he let me take a bike for free to visit some out of the way sights.

I think this is cool. for traveling alone Because it's economical and cheap with good service like relatives. plus a lovely caregiver and also asked about raw material suffering I think if you don't think too much It's great and you can save a lot of money on your accommodation. It may not be very personal. But you should think that this is a big and warm family in Khon Kaen.😉

It's a bit out of the centre but most budget places are. The bed was a bit hard. It didn't bother me but might not please everyone. I really enjoyed my short stay here.

The toilet pot faces the wall so will be definitely awkward for tall people. Might get uncomfortable if all the beds were occupied as there is only one toilet and two bathrooms upstairs. The rest are outside.

I had the most wonderful stay here. Felt at home. The staff are very sweet people, willing to help you with everything. Spent a good time chatting with them. The location is also good, though far from the center and bus station. There's a very nice morning market a few steps away on the main road where you can get fresh food. 7-eleven is also there on that road. So you don't really miss that much. You get more than you pay. They have a kettle and microwave downstairs. The rooms are separate for male and female. The bed, though cubicle, is very spacious and the mattress is so comfy. I had a really good sleep. All in all, am glad I chose to stay here.

The bed itself was too hard and the blanket they gave was very thin. In the morning there was also no way to block the light from the outside. Toilets were slightly too close too the wall so a tall guy like me couldn't use it comfortably.

The staff was very helpful and nice, even started some casual conversations and gave some great travel tips. The bathrooms were good, shower was nice. I could do laundry completely for free, and the staff even assisted me with it!

Everything is dirty, toilets without paper and smell very bad, the beds are dirty and there are insects The reception is deplorable very disappointed I prefer to pay more for something clean and look like the pictures on booking lol
