Wow, it was perfect for a relaxing break! With three pools and the breakfast of dreams I could have stayed longer than my four nights! The rooms were beautiful and the hotel was relaxed and all you would expect from a boutique hotel. The restaurants were both fantastic.

Comfortable and beautifully designed family rooms. Great attention is paid to details in order to make your experience seamlessly enjoyable. Service is always there when needed. It felt very personable while not intrusive. A luxurious treat - we will come back!

Super friendly staff. Quiet location, very close to the Center. Pool villas are just fantastic. Massages in the Spa are a must, in particular the signature Putahracsa Lava massage.

It's a wonderful gem of a boutique hotel close to the centre of Hua Hin. From the time we arrived all the staff we had contact with were attentive and really friendly. The room was spotlessly clean, beautiful soft towels and the mini fridge contents of free beer's soft drinks, milk and chocolate bars were replenished each day. Literally no charge, a really nice unexpected touch. Breakfast had a good selection of European and Asian food and everything was kept well replenished. Although the town is only a short distance the complementary tuk tuk was really useful. The swimming pools are lovely and warm, not huge but long enough for a holiday dip/cool down swim. This hotel has a lovely relaxing chilled atmosphere. Thank you to all the staff at the Putahracsa for making our stay so enjoyable we will definitely come back again

When you restock your refrigerator with beer make sure it's cold already. It takes time for the hotel mini fridge to get cold.

A small oasis in the middle of the city. Great staff, good food, well worth a visit.  it’s a very comfortable room with spacious clean. The manager introduced himself to me and should be proud of his team, they did a good job.

The beach isn’t great but that’s not what you go to Hua Hin for. Good for a splash around and a morning walk (if it’s low tide).

Impeccable service. Every staff member greets you with a smile and a ‘sawasdee’. We had a pool villa which is beautifully decorated. Buffet breakfast has a good variety including Thai dishes which I love. Walking distance to night market of Hua Hin and other nearby eateries. Loved daybeds around pool area

We didn't hear or see anything about shuttle services. It would be nice if they offered/shared about a shuttle service into town, night market, or the beach (not the hotel's fault but the beach in front isn't very suitable for swimming). Also a very small point but a framed flyer in the room promoted sunset happy hour from 5-7 and when I asked about happy hour specials at the bar at 6 I was told it was from 3-5 and 7-9. Would just recommend the hotel to update the flyers in the room so it's not misleading.

Lovely hotel in the town, feel like an oasis in the city. Hotel Manager and staff were all very friendly. We travelled with our 6 month old and found everything very baby friendly (crib set up, high chair, beach toys, large pool loungers, food at breakfast) at the hotel. Breakfast, restaurant and spa were also great.

The entrance to the restaurant for breakfast needed to be clarified. The first morning, we could enter through the side door, which looked to be the main door. On the second morning, when we tried to enter, they told us to walk around to the street entrance. They probably did this because they wanted to have only one attendee stationed to ask guests for their room number. However, they should have put up a sign or something or used that door as the entrance. It's a little embarrassing to walk in and have to be told that you can't come in this way and be told to walk around. Didn't expect it and it miffed what would have been a perfect morning!

The Oceanside restaurant was great—good vibes with jazz music and good food.

One of the most beautiful resorts in Thailand. Extremely polite and helpful staff. Room was perfectly maintained, clean and smelled amazing. Would 100% recommend this resort to anyone visiting Hua Hin.
