Pool jacuzzi only came on twice a day via a timer would of liked it to be at a time during the day when being used not. Had a pool villa the 7 days that we stayed there no jacuzzi at all.

Poor lighting in the room. Had to use our iPhone torches to find stuff in our cases. Could do with more electrical sockets to charge stuff. There was no power socket for the kettle, so we had to plug it into a socket in the bathroom.

Great staff,and lovely room. I’d say it was a 4-star. Definitely not a 5-star.

The aircon temperature was swinging up and down. It could've been more comfortable if it was more stable. The hotel is close to a neighborhood where they played really loud music until 10 pm. A bit annoying but the kids could sleep. Not many choice for breakfast and I asked for corn but they ran out of it.

The room was big and cozy. There are free minibar. Staff are friendly and with great service minds. Breakfast area by the river was great.

Although the hotel room was large and comfortable, I was a little disappointed. It was advertised that bathrobes would be supplied, but there was none; the paint on the walls was cracked close to the ceiling; the kettle did not automatically switch off when the water was boiled; there were signs of damp, low down on the bedroom wall next to the bathroom; and, the ‘garden view’ was a hedge and four potted plants.

The hotel is in a very good location. The staff were excellent, friendly, efficient and spoke good English. The cafe overlooking the river was a highlight.

Room amenities, tooth brush wasn’t available, stingy on the soap. Staffs can’t recommend places to go. For over bht3,000 per night, I expected a bit more professional management than this.

I booked this hotel for a romantic riverside dinner, when we went we were told all the tables had been booked by people who were not even staying at the hotel. I wasn't best pleased to say the least. Although the staff were extremely apologetic it kind of spoiled the holiday as this was the very reason I chose this hotel. MAKE SURE YOU BOOK A TABLE!

Never ever 5 never ever 4 Stars. Hotel was ok, not more. Nobody was able to speak english, for a Second Blanchett extra Charge. No second key. And when we wanted to check out we were told, that they have first to check the room. Never had it nowhere on the world.

I added my card to pay for the room. I received my confirmation for the booking and thought everything was settled. I contacted the hotel before hand to ask them to add a welcome letter and some special details to the room. It was my sister and her partners anniversary and I had booked a special room for them. Upon arrival the staff were extremely rude and requested that they pay for the room as they do not accept credit cards and the online payment had not been processed. They removed my sisters bags from the Lobby and placed the bags back on the golf cart to escort them off the property. After the issues was resolved they went up to the room and none of the agreed upon special details had been arranged. My sister was extremely disappointed. The hotel just said they forgot. Very poor excuse and very poor treatment of their clients.

The hotel has a beautiful restaurant on the river. The room was big and the hot tub was nice. Breakfast was a full buffet.
