A lovely stay in the wilderness. Monkeys around the resort. Staff were helpful and friendly. Up some stairs to resort which we didn’t mind but there was a lift for your luggage which was helpful. There is no warm water but we liked this as there was no AC in the room just a fan so it felt very refreshing to have a cold shower

The location is far away from the main beaches, but let’s be honest, Railay is not that big, so every place is reachable within a 20-minute walking distance, but because of location I would expect it to be quiet, but it isn’t. Long tail boats were roaming around from 7 in the morning till midnight and they constantly woke us up. It wasn’t a problem for us, but you need to climb some stairs to reach the property.

Breakfast is included in the price, but there’s not a lot to choose from - toast, tea, coffee, juice, fruits, and a few types of pancakes and egg dishes that you can order from the counter. They have a nice garden where you can encounter monkeys and different kinds of lizards. It’s not that hot inside even without the AC (compared to other bungalows we stayed in). The bungalow is quite big with a huge terrace, there was enough space for all our belongings.

Compared to other hotels, I found the staff to be rather cold and distant at the reception and breakfast (not the classic warmth you know from Thailand). At breakfast you can choose an egg dish or something similar, at the first breakfast no staff came to me in the dining area to ask if I wanted something, I just ate then a few fruits/toasts from the buffet, at the second breakfast they only arrived after about 10 minutes

The resort was so impressive. Beautiful bungalows and wild monkeys, large lizards, squirrels and exotic birds in the resort itself. The rooms are equipped with everything you need except a refrigerator, the fan in front of the bed replaces the AC very good. The bathroom is new and modern, the terrace and the view are awesome. The resort is generally beautifully designed with lots of plants and flowers. Although the resort is on the outskirts, it is still close to many bars, restaurants and supermarkets

Beautiful property. Wonderful staff. Especially loved being able to experience the monkeys in their natural habitat.

No aircon, not responsive on inquiry, i have been chatting them on instagram and they were not responsive.

I wish i knew that it doesnt have aircon, i requested for a specific room number but they said it’s booked but it wasnt. The room is very hot and needs to have aircon, really. For the price point, i think it should have. The view is nice though.

For us it was good place to stay, but please keep in mind that there is no airco (only fan) and it’s on a quiet part of town (including some steps up the hill to get there, but there is a lift for luggage). If you are fine with that - like us - you will get a very good deal and a nice place to dtay in Railay.

The resort is in a quiet and calm part of Railay, with an amazing view and beautiful garden. We liked this a lot. You will feel like in a zoo at times with all the animals and nice plants around. It was nice to come home too after being in the buzz of the popular beaches and areas. Staff is very friendly and breakfast has a lot of options and is very nice. The resort spends special care on ecology. Nice price for value offered.

Nothing because I was prepared for the location from the beginning.

Slipping in the middle of the nature is a favor hard to find in Krabi or Railay; although this hotel is offering that. The presence of birds, monkeys from time to time is fascinating. But there is a price for that: few steps every day to get in your room and no AC, as the houses are traditionally made of wood. If you balance the advantage of a beautiful sun rise, sunset and Phra Nang Beach with the fan in the room, it's OK. And surprisingly, no mosquitoes at all...

The breakfast was lacking any savoury options, you could only choose egg and some sweet toasts. We skipped breakfast because restaurants downstairs had better options. If I wanted some cold water to drink I had to go to the fridge on the other side of the resort which was uncomfortable... No fridges in the rooms and also no AC 😬

The apartment is away from all the noisy/party streets of Railay which was great for me. The view from the window was the best one I've ever seen. We even had a monkey family visit our terrace a few times. The garden here is amazing, you can see some colourful lizards and jackfruit trees 😍 We also really enjoyed our balcony and terrace, both of them had a place to sit/lay down.

The bathroom was a bit outdated and only cold water was available, I didn’t enjoy taking a shower. Also, there are steep stairs to excess the rooms, we found it very tiring

The only thing that might be disturbing is the noise from the longtail boats during the night. I suggest to use ear plugs.

It's an amazing eco resort in a great location and stunning views. Within a short walking distance (15 min) to Railay Beach as well as Phra Nang beach. Breakfast at the hotel is very good and the view from the cantine is simply awesome. There are many restaurants and bars around.

These things did not bother me at all but you need to be aware of the following: There is no pool and you need to walk quite a way to get to the beach. There are quite a few steps to get to the hotel. Sometimes, the longboats have very loud engines. There is only cold water available.

I loved the nature experience. Bungalows have an awesome view. Staff was lovely and everything was very clean. Will definitely visit this special place again. Really feel like I am on an island.

Be aware that it’s at the far end of the East side and then up some stairs, although there’s a baggage lift if needed.

Lovely garden setting and quieter spot away from the loudness of the main walking street. Good for families. Friendly, if unremarkable, staff and service. Overall, good value for money. Breakfast was decent with a modest variety of common options.

Don’t stay here if you struggle with fitness/physical ability, as to get up to the resort and up to your rooms there’s ALOT of steps. Water from refills tastes quite plasticky. A lot of mosquitos, not much more the resort can do as they have mosquito nets around bed and on every window. Not hot water in shower. First shower was lupe warm in the evening as I’m guessing the water had all day to heat up in the pipes from the sun. However in the morning the shower was freezing (but refreshing)

Wonderful resort. Complimentary breakfast. The view from the sea view bungalows is amazing, fan was very powerful and kept us cool at night. Free water refills.

We had a mold at the top of the shower space. Breakfasts are repetitive but okay if you're staying for less than 4 days. We couldn't close one of our windows.

We truly loved the location - a little cut off from the main heat of tourists, but still reachable within a few minutes. Comfortable beds, room service is only when you need it, water bottle refill station, and even luggage service! Simply load your luggage onto a lift nearby, walk up the stairs, and ask them to lift it. If you're scared of the stairs, don't be, it's nothing dramatic, as some other reviews say. Same with the noise from the boats - we didn't even bother to wear earplugs, it was fine and we slept comfortably. We even saw a rare species of monkey it was very exciting. :))
