So much is done extremely well with this hotel and I would definitely recommend it, however it's not perfect - There is too much noise coming through the walls from guests watching TV talking and slamning doors. The aircon wouldn't go above 23 which would be too cold. I told reception who said it could be adjusted, then maintenance guy came to the room and said nothing could be done. It's difficult to adjust hot water in the shower. Breakfast was good. A bit basic and not enough choice. Coffee good but could be better.

Bed was very comfortable, design and layout of room was excellent. Very clean. Staff and service were excellent. Wifi reliable. Pool area excellent - music not too loud like many places in Patong - couldn't move the umbrellas so not always able to get shade.

the hotel is in walk distance from Bangla road, in a very busy street. The hotel is quite new, well located, the rooms are big and clean. The Breakfast is ok, there are not many options, The rooftop is amazing.

Bathroom lack privacy, there is a see through gab from the door, toilet do not flush well. No walking trail outside the hotel, you need a taxi if you have kids because it is not safe for children to walk. Breakfast is good but limited choices

Can hear tv and talking from the next rooms. Doors slam too loudly even with automatic closers. Generally noise through walls and floors is a bit more obvious than I expected. Could smell cigarette smoke from neighbours occasionally. Breakfast a bit basic but fine. Despite these things I would stay here again.

The staff are great, rooms clean, well equipped and modern, bed very comfortable. Pool area great!

Great value for the rate. The location is a nice and short walk away from the beach, while being significantly calmer than the heart of Patong. Very kind customer service, namely PIN who welcomed and checked me out, as well as the lady cleaning my room on the 6th floor, who always had a smile on her face :)

Walkable distance to night market and patong beach as well. -Much thanks to the manager and staff of the hotel the day we arrive for the warm welcome and drinks as we were sweating from the heat travelling there. -Check out was also smooth with much help from staff (ack. pin). -the spectacular view of the mountains from the room -best place in patong for sure

The whole hotel felt very new and updated, the staff were all lovely, the room itself was beautiful and comfortable, had a comfy bed and a great Mountain View, the pool was nice too. The hotel was located very close to shops and the action in Patong, and also the wifi was very fast :). I should also note that it was excellent value for money.

Not a big problem for me but it’s about a 10-15 minute walk down to the beach. Room service forgot my order so I had to wait 2hrs for it to be delivered.

The room was spotless and the general condition of the hotel was superb. I found the staff to be friendly and helpful at all times, and I loved the spa on the 3rd floor. Finally, the rooftop pool is great and the poolside bar is a very nice touch.
