The facilities is badly needing of upgrade, and lobby on the new wing our room was located was dark, away from the main lobby. I also requested for an iron and ironboard. It was sent in a timely manner, however, there was some crystallisation on the iron's ironing surface causing stain on my clothings.

We had a free upgrade to the wing with bigger rooms/suites as booked room was smelling of cigarette. Room was very spacious for our group of 3.

We informed the reception that we had 2 issues: one with a noise from the AC. They came to check it but they didn’t fix the problem (we stayed 3 nights and we reported the problem the very first night). They could’ve offer alternative solutions. The second was the smell from the bathroom. Same as the AC.

Nice hotel close to the airport. City center is not easy to arrive to but with taxi or Grab in 20 minutes you are everywhere. Love the gym and the fitness area, very good breakfast with a lot of choices. The room was big and clean.

location and the restaurant ! i am suprised the positive comments about the restaurants . there were 2 tables left the restaurant feding up to wait in front of us. we had to wait because we have a child and there is no other option around. a couple left the table with telling they ve waited more then 1 hour and get a cold meat they said they wont pay and left. the other man didnt want to wait more and he also left. taxi costs about 500 baht to city or min 200 baht to chatuchak market. there they have sign that they have a shuttle. i asked twice and the staff was shocked when they hear the word “shuttle” they have never heard of a shuttle or they dont know english meaning of shuttle. definetely should consider about the location there is nothing around. there were no cheese no bacon. very hard to find an english speaking staff.

the room was more then i expected perfect size. the room was 10/10. it was a clean hotel it has good facilities.

The room got old carpet smell and the facilities equipped quite aged from its look.

We got an upgraded to Deluxe room 5101 and it was impressive. Spacious room with everything there.

You need to keep in mind that the only advantage of this airport is it’s closeness to airport. In rest - it’s tired, old and outdated establishment. The price is reasonably cheap - please do not expected more than you paid for. But also do not expect anything catastrophic

The hotel is a bit old and the room style is also a bit aged. Anyway all facilities were working fine. You need to travel at least 40 minutes by taxi to reach the city centre.

Great breakfast, really impressive and has a nice swimming pool. It is located close to Don Muang airport (20 minutes by car). 24/7 reception.

When we booked a hotel we thought it was close to the rail line with good connection to city centre and airport,but it was not so. It is a old rail rather than sky train, and only connection is taxi in horrible traffic.

Staff was really friendly. Breakfast was great with plenty of dishes to choose. Room was big and bed really comfortable.
