It was a calm retreat but still close to everything in Patong. The staff was lovely and the balconies were great to have a morning coffee. The rooms were very large and comfortable for a long stay.

You need a motorbike to get to the beach, and it is very hilly. If you are good at riding a motorbike, then this won't be a problem. The room was quite clean, it is the bathroom that was not clean. If they only used some detergent to clean the bathroom and some mold, the room would be perfect.

The room was spacious. The mattress was comfortable. The balcony was spacious and beautiful. The staffy was super kind. We rented a good motorbike from them. Kenny was super kind. Everyone there was kind. The food was delicious. We only ate lunch, Thai dishes.

Location is uphill, tuk tuk will charge more for uphill otherwise you can be dropped at 7 eleven then go uphill by yourself. Price could have been affordable.

Neat spacious room with kitchen but we didn’t use it. It’s a good hotel if you want to stay inside the hotel only.

The location was not the very best, yet the staff and management made up for it with the polite nature and support. The facility is on top of a hill so hard to walk up the hill but the staff were always accommodating and ready to give you a lift to the city centre with their own car for only B200.

The staff were excellent. Police , attentive & respectfull.

Location. Hotel is too far away from the restaurants, bars, shops, and main attractions. Also, the hotel is on the top of the hill.

My room smelled of mould and it just felt generally neglected. The staff were helpful enough to clean and mask the smell, but it shouldn’t be that way in the first place. Also, the shower ran like warm.

The layout and configuration of the property are nice. Its up a hill, slightly away from the business, which I liked. The wifi was decent and they rented scooters at the property which is very convenient.

tuktuks to Patong cost about 300 baht each way but if you hire a scooter might be better value. the mattress is too firm.

One day we noticed dirty water coming out from the bathroom sink, but that fixed rather quickly and wasnt a huge deal.

We managed to book Deluxe Double Bed with kitchen included for an amazing price. Staff was really nice and helpful, pool was working well and clean. This place is a bargain if you don’t mind staying a bit further from the beach. If you have a vehicle/motorbike then there’s also a place to park.
