The air-conditioning is a bit too loud in the rooms and difficult to sleep with, also you can't really leave a window open because of mosquitoes and Monkeys.

Breakfast is more like a 4* hotel. there is some shabby interior details, but this is not critical, sometimes it is not even noticeable. more pillows on the beach and umbrellas.

managed to live in two different locations within the hotel which is quite large. in my opinion, a separate villa in the second or third tier was preferable. silence and solitude. to travel around the island it is better to take a motorbike. it's worth it.

The service at the pool bar was quite chaotic! The staff are lovely but most of them can't speak a word of English, so that created complications, and quite often we had to wait a long time to get served or for our food and drinks to arrive. However the food itself is exceptional and the staff are incredibly friendly, so it didn't spoil it too much!

Loved the warm welcome and drink, and the hotel itself is absolutely stunning. The main pool was amazing and we also enjoyed the lap pool. This is a really gorgeous hotel and the staff can't do enough to help. We were given lovely rooms with views across to the sea, which was brilliant. We loved breakfast and ate at the restaurant a couple of times. The food both there and at the pool bar was really great.

No complaints here. as the guests come in and there is more occupancy, suggest to add more sports e.g. tennis, water / aqua exercises, volleyball and pool sports to make it more active. esp yoga and aerobics classes and kids activities more.

the property is beautifully located where we saw the sunrise and sunset everyday over the sea. The property is beautiful, charming and spread out over the hill with a host of facilities, incl a thai boxing ring, pools. in particular, the GM and each staff the the restaurants, reception, leisure and pools are wonderful, accommodating, kind, polite and helpful and make it a wonderful and enjoyable experience. all kudos to them. the chefs went out of their way to cater to our son's allergies and make special dishes for him showing their care and hospitality.

we loved everything about this resort, the super friendly staff, beautiful and spacious rooms, the beautiful pool and beach. restaurant at the hotel and breakfast was great as well and we also enjoyed the theme night at the pool bar where we enjoyed a thai dinner in the beautiful garden looking at the sunset. wellness is very good as well, massages the best I had in Thailand so far. stayed for a week and we will definitely come back soon.

There is nothing to dislike about this property.

The property is a tropical oasis with the friendliest staff and stunning views. There is a great fitness facility, pool, and an amazing spa on site, easy beach access and delicious restaurants. The resort felt like pure luxury with every detail being attended to and very clean rooms. Also, do yourself a favor and arrange transportation from the hotel from the pier /airport, it made that process flawless and comfortable. If I make it back to Thailand, I would definitely want to stay here again.

Having to leave, no sir, we didn't want to have to do that at all.

What can I say, this is an absolute gem of a hotel made all the more special by wonderful staff across the board. The quality of the facilities and the welcome you will receive staying here means that you cannot fail to be blown away by everyone involved with this gorgeous hotel. The fact that you can see monitor lizards and monkeys in the grounds around just adds to the special feel.

It is in an idyllic location, beautifully laid out grounds, whole place is immaculately clean, and the staff are, without exception, the friendliest and most helpful I’ve come across anywhere. This was our third visit, the previous one being almost ten years ago, and we afraid that it might have deteriorated in that time - instead of which, it’s even better! I’m currently re covering from a broken femur and have some mobility problems. Staff couldn’t do enough to assist, made me feel really pampered! Sad to leave, and already planning when we might return.

The facility is huge, on the hillside, lots of trees and shrubs (which is why I can understand it) but I saw a rat twice. Once by the pool and once between villas. After all, the facility is very clean and well-kept, everything without any problems.

Service, cleanliness, location, food - everything at the highest level. Special greetings to Mr. Mee from the pool bar - life and soul of the party, great host.

Highly recommended. We stayed in this Resort for 7 days! The location and views are top notch. Staff was extremely friendly and all interactions with them were great. They all spoke English proficiently which was helpful for us. I would like to express my gratitude to “Mr. Mee” who base on Pool Bar he very nice guy and always assist us with big wide smile during our stay,and also to Ms.Peung and Mr. Rut. Thank you🤝 Our Room #295 and facing to sea view. Its really breathtaking!! This resort is perfect for couple and for family with small children , they have everything! From kids playground , billiards, library cycling etc. Would like to highlight their breakfast buffet , amazing chef ! From pastry to western to local food its really a lot variety they can even make you nice latte! So better book a room with breakfast its very worthy!! Wifi is 💯 strong connection ! Resort itself also had few monkeys like 5-10 , those monkeys really remarkable our stay ! they very friendly though😌 The best place We’ve ever stay in our life!! Me and my partner will definitely comeback again!!

Really nice hotel with several pools, 1 jaccuzi. Fitness room, tennis table, pool, bikes. good activities proposed by hotel. Hotel, rooms & facilities are alwasy cleaned. Mee - Rut and other staff members are very friendly and were always available for us. We enjoyed also the Thai food, so good, spicy and have so many choices. beautiful week ! We recommend +++

wifi was not working properly, had to login multiple time a day and was sometimes not working we were located close to the pool and restaurant but some rooms are quite far a away no local restaurants within walking distance. resort restaurant quite expensive
