Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

CanadaThe only thing like we don't like was during the time we stayed there, we noticed there were 2 groups of magazine photo shoot / influencers? They were not disruptive/annoying but just a little like need to walk the other way or need to avoid them when we see them doing the photoshoot or talking to their camera.......
The breakfast was amazing. The location is not in the city center we which loved. Kinda feels like a secluded hotel.

United KingdomThe pool was a bit small. I would not give a 10 for the location as you will need to call Uber all the time, but it was not a big issue.
The whole design of the hotel was impressive, staff were very professional, kind, and helpful. We received fresh fruits in our room every day, and enjoyed the balcony a lot. Breakfast was not buffet but a set menu, however you can order as much as you like.

Just everything. The stuff was so helpful. They make you feel like you are the only guest in the hotel. Every requst is replied within minutes, and always with a smile. The facillities are exceptional. The resturant is great as well. Certainly the best hotel I have ever been too. Highly recomended !!! We hope to come back again!

United KingdomIt is set slightly away from Chiang Mai centre so you can't really walk anywhere from hotel. However, reception will organise taxis and there was a free transfer to the sister hotel which is located more centrally. Having said that, we used Bolt taxis whilst we were there and they were great and really cheap. But in rush house it can take 20 minutes to the centre. We were travelling north and south of Chiang Mai on excursions so for us, after a crazy few days in Bangkok and our activity filled days, the relaxing atmosphere at the hotel was just what we were looking for.
Hotel was beautiful. As soon as you enter the lobby you are greeted with views of the river, the decor is wonderfully calming and in keeping with the natural surroundings. There is such an amazing atmosphere to the hotel and the smell of jasmine in the walkways around the hotel to the rooms is wonderful. Beautiful setting on the river. Fabulous view from our room, we were on the second floor, river view room, I believe and had a view of the river through trees, which made it feel like a treehouse which was really unique, the sofa area on the balcony with an outside tea making station and mini bar was wonderful all with the sound of exotic birds, simply amazing. The rooms/bathrooms are gorgeous with every amenity you could want and more from a 5 star hotel. We requested adjoining rooms as we were travelling with our two teenage kids, which we got. Between the two rooms we had plenty of space. The staff were extremely welcoming and helpful and in true Thai tradition, so friendly. Breakfast was simple but delicious, the a la carte menu made for a nice change from buffets and the room service food which we ordered once during our stay was fantastic. Absolutely impeccable hotel. Would stay again without question. Highly recommend. 5 star plus.

ChinaPricey but understandable as it's New Year; Restaurant is good but could always be better; for example the food presentation is great but flavors need to be more blended in.
Stayed here for three nights - overall extraordinary experience. It's a perfect getaway if you want to stay away from the crowd in Chiang Mai. As small as the hotel gets, you can still stay at the property for two entire days without thinking to leave. Although it was really pricey for New Year's eve, the hotel prepared a fancy night dinner + outdoor party + fireworks for every guests who want to be part of it, for free. Staffs are of course friendly. The place is well maintained and with good taste - got lots of photo taken.

Hong Kongsome suggestions for improvements… increase frequency of shuttle bus, at least have an earlier one. less ice in drinks especially in the bar. It takes around 20 minutes by shuttle bus to the old city, some folk may prefer to be more centrally located. However, this hotel gives you the peaceful setting.
Friendly and helpful staff. Spacious and beautifully decorated room. Lovely spa treatment. Delicious food for breakfast at the restaurant. Shuttle bus to the old city available. Tranquil setting. Massage chair in airport van. Has gym, pool, spa etc Room had everything you need including mosquito repellent. Provide firmer pillows as needed.
