The resort is nice but internally, it needs some renovation. The TV was not working when we arrival till departure, all the water faucet in 3 bedrooms toilets and kitchens are very shaking, it felt like it will give way. The investor should spend money to fix it since it is not costly to tighten the taps. There is a foldable sofa bed in the living room but it is dirty and shaking, it has to be replaced so our driver can stay with us for free Although buffet breakfast was served but the menu is boring, the food warmer does not keep the food warm and there are flies in the dining area :(

We visited the resort during the lull period hence it is peaceful & quiet (nice).

Staff were helpful but very limited English. WiFi was very weak and we had to use our own data most of the time.

Breakfast was basic but sufficient variety. Like the porridge. Rooms were clean and beddings changed everyday. Water pressure in shower was good. Overall a comfortable stay for big group of 11!

It is towards the end of ally. It is easy if you traveling by car. The room is tide floor which is so cold to step on during cool season. Breakfast is limited but nice.

The location of the place is situated in quiet area with a nice mountain view, and full of restaurants nearby. The hotel provided all information of things around the hotel which is reliable. Their homemade salad dressing is good.

There are some insects and black (forest) ants in the room, which is understandable. However, upon informing the staffs, they were quickly taken care of. Thank you :)

Breakfast is simple, yet tasty. Staffs are very attentive, accommodating and amazing. Location is prime (close to the National Park and all good restaurants and cafes), yet secluded and private. Comfortable rooms and hot water in showers. Definitely pet friendly! (Did not bring any pets along for this trip, however, saw happy pet owners entering and leaving with their fluffy family members.)

Friendly staff and peaceful location whilst not being far from the national park entrance. Spacious room and comfortable bed. Fantastic pool area and gardens were a great way to start the day along with a tasty breakfast.

I found the bed hard and I would have enjoyed my stay more if it was softer.

While breakfast was limited to a selection from rice and noodles, it comes with cereal, fruits, toast and orange juice and was more delicious than I expected. Nice and quiet environment away for the main road.

Stayed in the 2 bedded villa for 4 nights and enjoyed the stay. On first 2 days breakfast was served at the dining area which has a great view of the mountains. The next 2 days breakfast was served to the villa. Portions were huge and has a lots of variety including condiments. Villa has high ceiling, living room, bedrooms, bathrooms and bedsheets were clean and spacious with a private patio. Pool was clean. Staff were friendly and accommodating to our requests. Will definitely return.
