No coffee provided in room even when I requested it. I was informed this is due to no single use plastic , however powder form would have been ok. My sheet was stained on the first night and as I was tired and it was late when we arrived I could not do anything until the morning so I had to sleep on it which was not pleasant.

a large group of children checked in on our second day and took over the pool, rendering it pretty much unusable. staff spoke barely any English. maintenance was neglected

room very dark. Shower water cold sometimes. Although plenty of choice at breakfast it was not to our taste. I found it a little more expensive in comparison to other hotels we have stayed in the 6 weeks we have been here but the price was in keeping with the inflated prices in Ao nang

Cleanliness of the room and common pool was definately not good. Rooms needed renovation and finer cleaning. We had the pool accessible room but everything in the room inc. bed sheets felt a bit moist. Also we couldnt use the pool a lot because the pool felt unclean. Overall, I would not consider going there again.

The location of the hotel was perfect, very close to the beach and facilities. Staff was nice.

Very grubby rooms and all common areas were unclean and scruffy. Pool had missing tiles and was dangerous. Sadly the lack of upkeep and general maintenance let the place down. Breakfast was good but coffee machines very poor.

The hotel design was good and location very good. Nice big rooms with a quirky bathroom layout.

It was a quiet area between all the main locations of Krabi. It have a nice swing pool but not enough sun if you want to hang around the pool sunbathing.

There were a lot of mosquitoes in my room at ground floor. The room was dark due to dim light. WIFI was not working at all.

The location to great to restaurants, 7-11 and Naparathara Beach. Variety of choices for breakfast.

The bedrooms smelled musty due to the tropical air. The hotel is open to the exterior, with no walls; you have only doors to the rooms. Our ac wasn't working, but they managed to fix it while we went for a walk.

Good pool. We missed the breakfast, so there is no feedback about it.

One tiny downside was that you didn’t get all day sun on the sun loungers because of the height of building but we could cope with that.

Great hotel, fab staff, excellent location. Pool was warm and we were given fresh pool towels and beach towels as needed and the staff don’t let people reserve sun loungers for longer than 30 minutes which is refreshing to see. Excellent choice at breakfast too and such value for money. Thank you so much to the wonderful staff. would recommend and would definitely stay again.

The staff were helpful but didn't speak the best English.. they did everything to go out of their way for you.
