Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United StatesThe room and furnishings are well worn. Some noise from the upstairs neighbors. Sounded like an elephant in the room above us. Only a couple of English TV stations and both were news only. Would’ve been nice if the TV was smart.
Great location. Many restaurants and bars nearby. A 7-11 is also near. Away from the red light district but still close enough if you want to visit. Gym is nice and larger than most. We enjoyed the pool each afternoon when it was so hot. The bed was comfortable. The shower had plenty of hot water. Air conditioning worked great. The staff were friendly and helpful. A tour desk is in the lobby to assist you. No problems with WiFi.

Vietnam1. The rooms and the corridors are staring to show their age. The carpets in both of the mentioned areas need a good deep-clean as it had a musky wet smell which made it difficult to fall asleep at night. 2. Should you decide to eat at one of the hotels restaurants, know it la going to cost you a pretty penny. 3. Perhaps have a better tv bouquet available. Its very limited.
1. The facilities on offer are world class. Our 4year old son loved the kids pool. Everything was so relaxing. 2. The breakfast spread is fantastic. 3. Located within a 4min walk from Assok Sky Train station which links you with both sides of the city.

AustraliaBreakfast was ok a bit hit and miss with the items. More fruit options would be great. WE are in a tropical country and rather prefer more tropical fruit. Also would be good to have information on what is happening in the hotel. There were a few festival's that we missed.
Excellent location, lovely staff. Overall clean, staff were very helpful booking cabs and a great location close to Terminal 21 and 7/11 great fruit stand on the corner for smoothies. Awesome massages and other restaurants.

New ZealandWe ended up paying for an upgrade as the first room was a bit tried, some of the top floors have been upgraded so we paid extra for a newer room.
Breakfast was great, so much to chose from Sky bar had a great view Hotel location was fantastic, short walk to sky train or Metro so very easy to get around and large mall sight by the station too.

Malaysiabreakfast looked nice although i did not have it because as a vegetarian my options were limited so i thought not worth the money for me but generally it looked like a nice spread for non vegetarian guests.
Room was nice and as expected, distance to shops and malls was not bad, walking distance to 7 eleven too. Staff were friendly and helpful. nice ambiance in the hotel, decent gym and the pool at the top floor was nice with a great view of the city.

United KingdomI miss the pianist playing music in the lobby bar every evening. I used to stay at the Rembrandt three or four times a year, but now the atmosphere is a little flat. Breakfast is still good, but cut back from what it used to be.
It is getting back to pre-pandemic levels of service. Nice to see one or two old faces and say hello again. Rembrandt staff always made visits special.

Everthing works out fine. Big rooms, price was ok. Facillities a little bit old but a lot and clean. Very beautiful restaurant, bar and great view at thr rooftop. Hotel about 5 min. close to Terminal 21 and BTS-Asoke. I would give a special recommendation to the staff at (door entrance): Mr.: "Din, Tono, Bang, Grabby and Soon".
