Absolutely Stunning and Spacious Room! The bed was so comfy with delightful bedding that felt like sinking into clouds, and the overall room amenities looked brand new. It's truly worth every penny and perhaps the best deal in Ayutthaya for its value. Don't hesitate, just book it!

It was an amazing stay in all aspects. It is the example of impeccable service and amenities The cleanest room I have ever stayed. 5 star services. Very safe, quiet and relaxing . The owners are very gentle, descrit and lovely . Thank you so much for the wonderful stay Duean and Ms. Wan. We wish we could stay longer.

Not many places in walking distance nearby to eat Quite a few stray dogs in the evening but the hotel felt secure behind big fence

Comfortable bed good linens Great shower Super clean No breakfast available but fresh banana every day On my arrival I was really tired and asked if it was possible to get food The ownerade me some fried rice with ingredients she had to hand Owner arranged tuktuk and pick up for my journey to Ayuthaya Not too far to walk to the historic park

Our only complaint is the rooster next door. If you like to wake up at sunrise, this is no problem for you. If you like to sleep in…request a room on the right side of the house :)

Our hosts were the kindest people we’ve met in our travels and we already miss them and their care! Property is securely gated, comfy beds, really nice shower, Fresh towels every day. This location is across from a beautiful park with ancient Buddhist stupa ruins. My partner and I decided to clean up the litter and when we asked our hosts where to buy trash bags and gloves, she gave us some! If you’re looking for a delicious upscale meal with a beautiful view, make sure you eat at Sala, a 3-5 min walk away. Crying Tiger clear soup with noodle dishes is also an excellent choice, or turn right and up a block on your right is an excellent authentic neighborhood lunch spot with cute cats!

Everything is great.

The cleanest place we have stayed in Thailand. Impeccable sanitation and the layout is spacious. It’s in a beautiful and calm area. I’d recommend to anyone staying in Ayutthaya.

SO loved the cleanliness of the place. Top quality bed and bedding. The rooms were fresh and bright. Great bathroom facilities which were 5 star. Towels changed daily and always smelt So fresh. The house of very new and all Mod cons. We were allowed to use washing machine for a small fee . There was flat screen tv with YouTuBe , Amazon prime and Netflix. Fabulously fast internet and work space On a balcony.

After arriving at another guesthouse and finding if filthy and dirty there was no way we could stay there. We remains long enough to book another guest house. We were lucky enough to find Baan Rhomkham, and what a find it was. The lady Owner was so flexible And attended to our every need.

Restaurants in neighborhood are closed at 9pm, liitle big early. Maybe due to the local festival during this week.

Clean bedsheet, good electricity hot water shower, electic kettle at room, excellent attitude of host lady who is always available, and excellent location, which you can easily reach out a wonderful restaurant facing the river, by turning left and crossing the street. What a surprise to find that it is also walking distance to Hotel Sala Ayuttaya, which I stayed in my first visit to Ayuttaya in Jun 2022. Furthermore, with 2 minutes drive you can reach De Riva Ayothaya restaurant. In general a fantastic homestay! Excellent host lady K. Duan! Very friendly local neighbors. A very clean, super quite and secured 2- floors villa with inside parking lot. My son, his girlfriend and I, we stayed at two bedrooms upstairs. We are the only guests of this villa and we enjoyed it so much. K. Duan is always so helpful for everything we needed. She would never missed our car when returning to the villa. She was always so quick to come out and openned the white metal gate, then guided us cadefully to park at a comfortable place. When we drove out from the villa, she always watched every corner and acted as a traffic police, until I successfully drove through the gate to the right track of the alley. I did recommend it to my friends who prefer quite residence during their journey to Ayuttaya.
