Hotel stuff was really friendly, they helped us manage our trips, transfers and laundry. Complimentary tea, coffee and cookies were nice treatment. Location is good if you want to explore the island by a scooter. It is close enough to walk to the city center.

1.We had to pay for breakfast more, 250 baht per person. It could be nice if it is included in the hotel price. 2.The entrance of hotel is so hot. There is no air conditioning there and while you are talking to staff, you still feel hot.

It is very center in the Old town. The staff are so helpful, friendly. We found our rooms comfortable and clean. Thank you for the hospitality.

The bathroom lighting wasn’t great but honestly, the property was perfect for the price.

Comfortable room and good value for money, we arrived late and the reception team left our key and information out for us on the desk. Helpful reception who helped us book our onward journey the next morning. Breakfast place next door is great!

Very clean and modern hotel and rooms, super comfortable bed and very close to old town just a few minutes walk. They don't have breakfast in the hotel but they can offer if you like on the cafe next door for a small charge(250 bhat). They do offer some snacks and free beverages in the hotel lobby. We did not make any photos of the rooms 🙁.

They don't have much space to put clothes (no drawers and no space to place an open suitcase for example) and a couple of extra towel hangers in the toilet would be appreciated.

Less than 10 minutes walking from old Phuket and out of busy roads, we had no noise from outsiders and could rest properly. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. We had more contact with Pim and she was fantastic helping with all our questions and recommendations! They rent motorcycles, bikes and have plenty of activities to offer (with outside companies). On the other hand, The Coffee Club next door is in a beautiful building, with also very professional staff and a good menu. Good to find out that we had a special breakfast offer as guests of the hotel. We had also free cookies, coffee or tea and some fruit available at the reception everyday.

It would be useful if there were some additional hooks for towels and clothes in the bathroom. The room got quite hot and the air condition needed a bit long to cool it down.

The room was clean and spacious and the beds really comfy. We liked the nice modern design. Convenient location close to the old town. Overall good value for money.

Even on the 5th floor the traffic noise at night could be loud; consistent loud motorcycles. Ear plugs helped with that.

Noise on the street can be heard at night but not too bad.

Super clean room. Comfortable bed. Had to ask for softer pillow and it was delivered to my room a few mins 👍😀. Very courteous staff. Especially members at the reception. Pim is the best who answered questions promptly and booked taxi to the airport cheaper than Grab. Pop always willing to help as well. Location is a 3 mins walks to old town. Super fast and stable wifi.

Really good location. Very clean and simple rooms and great value for money. No real facilities or breakfast but the main area for restaurants is a five min walk from this location.

They don't have smart TV or English channels. The room is missing an electric kettle.

The rooms are comfortable, clean, bright with a small balcony (city-mountain view) it has an elevator, good AC, internet was ok, the bathroom is modern, clean and with good water pressure and temperature. The hotel provides free coffee, cookies and fruit. It is a family hotel and the service is very good. It is 15 minutes walk from the old town and 5 minutes from the bus to the airport. I recommend it.
