If hotels include breakfast , this means you have a buffet in breakfast with options to eat. There was no such system. And when we asked for breakfast, grilled breakfast , some pieces of fruits and a glass of juice is served. That too in limited quantity. So recommend to opt for without breakfast

There was no elevator and we were on the 4th floor. My wife said I needed the exercise, but this might bother some. The loby was the first that we encountered with aircon which was a novelty.

We were in a standard family room it consisted of 2 rooms separated by a wooden grill. The first room had a couch and chairs and a kitchenette. with door to bathroom. No balcony, views of the mountains, the second room had a large double and a large single. both comfy beds. Both rooms were enormous. Easily room for 2 more beds. The staff were very helpful The room was quiet and on the 4th floor. Breakfast was eggs toast and ham and Juice. The location was less than 5 minutes from the beach and a 20 minute walk to Bangla Road. Tip:.. If you go to restaurant "No6" near Bangla rd. it is very popular and you most likely see a line waiting. Ask to go to their other restaurant on the hill. You will get a free took took ride to the top with incredible views. of the city, a fantastic restaurant . with the same great food and "Prices". And of course a ride back..... Tip 2... There is a blue airconditioned bus Called the smart bus that runs along the beach every hour to Phuket airport for (At time of writing) 100 bht per ticket. You must have the cash and you can just wave him down, or go to the marked stops. Better than the 800 or 900 bht that a grab will cost you..

The hotel is in Kalim Beach (as the name reads) but the location turns out to be Patong Beach. The two beaches are not far apart but a bit deceptive

The staff is very helpful and kind, the room was right and met the description. The hotel is also very close to the beach

No elevator.

Clean room with all the basic amenities. Great, friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were cleaned everyday. In a quiet lane with no noise but still convenient to get to Patong with scooter taxi and tuk tuk available easily. Away from the hustle of Patong and 2 mins from Kalim beach.

It’s in the main tourist area of Phuket, so our neighbours came home at 4am and woke us up but that’s nothing to do with the property, just an outcome of staying in the main tourist area of Phuket.

The staff were friendly, and helped out a lot and the room was as it was described. Breakfast was served to us in the morning and they are very at attentive to all requests.

The water pipes broke on one of the days which to be fair wasn’t the hotels fault but eventually got fixed that day. Too far to walk into Patong on the boiling hot days. The smell of the drains but that’s Thailand. Also no elevator.

The street food markets across the road. The staff. 2 bottles of water each day was nice.

In the toilet wasn't any extra shelf to put some cosmetics.

It wasn't bad, but we expect more reading reviews. Big rooms, but nothing more. We slept in better places for the same price.

Pillows very thick and bouncy and the bed was hard (common for Thailand but not my favourite)

The bed & pillows were a bit hard, but otherwise everything was good.

Good location, a bit outside patong beach but trust me that’s just a good thing. Very quiet street with a lot of nice people around. 10 minute walk to patong beach. Big rooms, cleaning everyday and nice staff.

Breakfast was quite weak and low quality. Location address may be charming but surrounding of hotel was awful. Tap water was dirty (light brown) especially in the morning time.

I recommend, spacious and clean room.Located quite close to Patong beach.The only unpleasant thing was that it didn't have a balcony, even though the description said there was one.Everything else was ok.
