The area around the hotel is very quiet and there are not too many activities in the area.

Good location, nice choice of food for breakfast. The hotel is very close to the beach where one can enjoy swimming, sunset watching and kayaking.

Would have been nice to have activity options on-site and/or staff who could recommend activities to do. Whenever we asked they didn't have very much information. Also, it was jelly fish season and made the ocean less desirable. Luckily there was a great pool!

We loved our stay here! I think the resort is nicer than the pictures depict. The pool was a lot of fun and the grounds were well kept up. Breakfast each morning was nice and lots of options. Our hotel room was beautiful and had a great view.

Check in was chaotic, all boats arrive before 2pm so everyone is trying to check in at the same time. Really bad process of getting everyone's details and therefore took alot longer than it should. Service at Breakfast was poor. Its an island and they obviously struggle to retain staff numbers, however it was a 40 minute line for eggs and the coffee machine was crazily slow. It was actually that bad, it was funny with all hotel guests laughing about it. We are there to relax so not rushing and therefore didn't spoil the the trip.

Location was stunning. The pool and beach were perfect for relaxing getaway. Excellent value for money

The staff were not friendly, every time we would ask a question like what to do on the island they looked at us in shock and as if it is a mission to help us. There are very inviting facilities on the beach that belong to a different hotel which out side guest have a very high limit making it a little disappointing staying in this hotel when prices are some what similar

The mini bar prices was astronomical, extremely disappointed with the bill at the end. I think there was confusion at reception as I checked out and I was over charged by a significant amount, as I had a taxi waiting I didn’t have time to argue the toss so I paid extra and left.

A little bit of paradise. I booked a pool room, which was lovely. Great beach, pool outside of the room, large communal pool and beach. I was meant to stay for 2 nights and stayed for 8. It’s in a quiet area with a few restaurants and shops. If you’re looking for a quiet thai island resort to stay then this is your place.

It was difficult to get a hold of the hotel to change our booking. The staff at the hotel were not very helpful with recommendations when I went to ask for some help. The premises are 5 stars, but the service is not what you would expect from a 5 star hotel.

The rooms, pool and beach access is great. The bed was confortable and the size of the room is good. The breakfast is also very good and they provided us with a packed breakfast on the day we were leaving as we left before the breakfast buffet opened. The location is also nice, but some of the nicer restaurants are in the north part of the island. Overall very comfortable stay and good value for money (booked with a discount). The hotel also helped us move our stay with one day free of charge. Not all the staff speaks English, but there is usually English speaking staff around to help. The sunset from the hotel property was beautiful

Everything amazing place for all our family. Great facilities,amazing staff, close to shops and restaurants. Fantastic location. Breakfast, well what can I say, the choice and quality was the best we have ever had. Pool.and slides kept children entertained all day. Great beach bar. The food and drink was very good and reasonably priced. Rooms spotless and cleaned every day. We didn't want to leave after our 4 night visit. We will be back. I highly recommend this place 👌

Breakfast was soso - subpar actually, given the rating of the resort. I also didn't get great vibes from the staff, to be honest.

The only thing that was disappointing was there were two menus listing multiple mocktails along with other drinks, but none were available. Updates needed!

The place is spectacular. A beautiful setting and view, right on the beach. The amazing pool and facilities were all an easy walk to our room and outside businesses, including restaurants and massage. The comfortable room with balcony, the plentiful breakfast provided and tasty menu and drinks for other meals were very convenient. Staff were helpful in booking transport and boat rides when needed.

Not the properties fault but so many jellyfish as it is the season on the beach. No swimming for us.

Location is fantastic. Enough space for everyone. Very clean. Great end to the day on a bean bag beer in hand listening to the waves. Also, great couple of beach bars on the beach minutes away. Bed really comfortable the best in 3 months.

I would have liked for the hotels outdoor lights to have been switched off at 10pm so the sky was properly dark and then the stars stars would have been visible from the beach.

The location on the most beats beach of the Island , the pool , the lounge area from the beach , because it was not crowded and the personal was very kind and helpful.

Had three kayaks available but nothing else which was a shame as it is the perfect venue for paddle boarding as the next hotel along the beach proved. The restaurant provided very good food but lacked any atmosphere but as the hotel is surrounded by different options it was their lose.

Location was outstanding with a wonderful beach and safe swimming. Breakfast had a fairly good choice of different foods but on occasion had to queue for the egg chief for too long. The cocktail bar on the beach was fun with good service and value.

It’s not a 5 star quality, as written. The gym was impossible to use due to heat. The kids play room seemed half way finished. Lack of shade in the big pool and “sour” water in the smaller pools, making the water itch your eyes and skin. Cleaning was so so - not thorough and they forgot to give new towels, soap etc. Also, we had to remind them to remove room service food from the hallway after several days.

Beautiful location, great breakfast and nice staff. Rooms are nice, light and with beautiful view.
