Absolutly amazing hotel on a dream island. It was one of the stays during our one month trip over the Thailand. Staff was very friendly, breakfast was perfect and room was like a new one. Absolutely fantastic

Breakfasts were amazing. Variety, taste and service. Room was nice, clean as well as the bathroom. Beach in front of the hotel is beautiful as well as the hotel garden and pool.

The most significant issue we had was a constant smell in the room. We brought this to the attention of the reception, who only misted the area with air freshener. They promised to clean the area of the floor from which the smell seemed to be coming. They didn't: on our last day we moved the bed and found a spilled liquid under the bed, which was the cause of the problem. The internet was slow at times, and often disconnected. The shower itself is nice and large, but the water does not maintain a temperature. The restaurant food was quite expensive, and the dishes we ordered did not come with the elements listed in the menu. On one occasion, breakfast items were mouldy, which you would not expect of a hotel of this standard.

The staff were welcoming and friendly. The room and bathroom were very spacious and well equipped. Breakfast was sometimes a buffet and sometimes from an order card, but in both cases it was plentiful. The restaurant is on the terrace which had a lovely view out to the ocean, but it was also a little hot at times. The pool is very large and refreshing. The hotel is right next to a beautiful stretch of beach, which can be accessed directly. At the time of the year we visited, the resort was very quiet and there were always plenty of beach-side and pool-side loungers. The hotel is a short walk from restaurants.

Bad lighting by the bathroom mirror. The room had a bit of a strange smell (similar to mold), but we could not pinpoint the reason. Maybe the AC? I'd suggest the hotel to check it out or change the filter. AC was noisy, but needed to be on constantly because it was so hot. Average breakfast. Bed was a bit too soft for my liking.

Resort is really neatly maintained (people are constantly collecting falled leaves, sweeping the floor etc). There were not a lot of residents at the time we were staying, so the pool was always empty, and the deck chairs were available as well. It was really peaceful. One could rent kayaks throughout the day for free. During the day the fruit smoothies are only 40B! The restaurant offers food also for lunch and dinner. Prices are OK (not a lot of good food possibilities in the nearby actually). I ate chicked w/cashews and it was good. My boyfriend ordered pizza and, well, don't have pizza there, it's not worth it. Breakfast is OK, though I was expecting more choices in a resort this well maintained. For two breakfasts we were fine, but one would get bored if staying longer. The room was clean, spacious, balcony has two chairs and a table. Bathroom had a good shower and big mirror. There was a big window in the bathroom, overlooking the bed. There were blinds on it also, if needed, but just to be alert if you are not travelling as a couple/family this could be troublesome. Towels & linnen were clean. Room had a small fridge, safety box, two bathrobes, beach bag and beach towels available. Towells were changed daily. Two water bottles were provided daily.

Way too few sunbeds. It is impossible to find a free one. Breakfast area place is way to crowded in the morning. Single coffee machine is not enough.

The staff is friendly. But i think they could loosen up a little more. But i think its the management who thought them to be very polite. A little more fun would do them more good. Thanks for the stay. I would definitly come back again.

Nice stay at this hotel. We enjoyed the pool and the beach access with a lovely sunset. Staff is really nice :) The breakfast was good, but could be better (more veggy option, more choice of sweet cake/pastry, fresh juice for example).

Should be more sun beds around the pool, especially as they have space for them. Food prices very high compared to other restaurants around the resort, but drink prices were fair.
