The cleanliness and facilities are good. Very near to phuket Bangla road and beach. Hustling and bustling area. The receptionist is very accommodating and helpful. Overall great experience.

Ing the receptionist was the best of this hotel she is very kind, sweet, helpful, with a genuine interest for her guests asking about how are we and our day. The hotel has a perfect location close to everything and beach, in the lobby you can borrow towels to the beach and drink coffee and tea complementary. The room is spacious and really clean, confortable bed.

Staff was extremely helpful!!!!! Especially Pin ……I left my cash, bank card and other items in the safe in my room…….. Called Pin and it was immediately handled!!! The rooms are spacious and spotless!!!!! My go to hotel from now on in Patong!!!!! I will not stay anywhere else !!!!!

Lift was not available and no person to help to carry luggage.

Hotel is nearby the beach and market place. Near my hotel I had Indian Restaurants. Staff was helpful and co-operative. Free tea and coffee (24 hrs) Value for money.

The room was clean and neat. The toiletries were good. The receptionist was very supportive and arranged necessary things for us. Free coffee, and towels for beach use were given. A good place to stay near Patong beach.

The shower door was a bit clunky but it was workable and a power plug next to the bed headboard would have made it perfect!

The most value for money you will ever find. A very short walk to Patong Beach and it is right next to a 7-11 and a Tops! The facilities were good and the room was clean, service was great too!

The receptionist named MAY is very kind and generous person and was always ready to help.. Best staff (one of the reason it's highly rated hotels in patong)... Rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable All the essential amenities were provided in the room as promised... Highly recommend..

Unfortunately, the mattress is rock hard. Which is really too bad because everything else was nice.

The staff was friendly and helpful. This hotel is in a great location - I HIGHLY recommend the Turkish restaurant nearby - it was clean and spacious. The fridge was large which I did not need but some people will appreciate.
