I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Ruen Buatong during my trip to Thailand, and I must say, it was a truly delightful experience. From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I was warmly welcomed by the reception staff. Their friendly demeanor and genuine hospitality made me feel instantly at home. One of the standout features of this hotel is the owner's exceptional care for their guests. Upon check-in, I was pleasantly surprised when the owner personally handed me a form that allowed me to easily extend my stay with the immigration authorities. This thoughtful gesture reflects the owner's dedication to ensuring a hassle-free experience for all guests. Speaking of the owner, their kindness and attentiveness were evident throughout my stay. They were always available to answer any questions I had and provided valuable insights into local attractions and activities. It's evident that the owner takes great pride in their establishment and goes above and beyond to make guests feel comfortable. The cleanliness of the hotel also deserves commendation. The cleaning staff demonstrated impressive attention to detail, ensuring that my room was spotless and tidy throughout my stay. Not only were they efficient in their work, but they also managed to maintain a high level of professionalism while remaining discreet and respectful of guests' privacy. The overall ambiance of Hotel Ruen Buatong was serene and inviting, allowing for a peaceful retreat after a day of exploration. The hotel's location provided convenient access to various attractions, making it a perfect base for sightseeing. In conclusion, my experience at Hotel Ruen Buatong was nothing short of excellent. The friendly reception, the owner's kindness and assistance, and the meticulous work of the cleaning staff left a lasting impression on me.

I did kill one cockroach during my one-week stay, which was not a big problem for me.

The room was comfortable, the shower was good, the AC worked well and the bed was soft and big. I was also given a free upgrade of the room, which was very nice. (Maybe, because my room wasn’t available, I don’t know). The overall stay was great and I was happy to come back to my room to sleep every night.

Everything was amazing! It has been the best place that I've stayed in Thailand so far! The room was even better than the pictures and the staff was more than kind to me, specially Nana!! Soooo friendly! That she even braided my hair! And also helped me to get some discounts for my tours hehe. Whenever I go back to Phuket I'll stay there for sure. 100% recommended!

It could be better if there was a breakfast oportunity at the hotel.

Hotel is clean and has big rooms. Location is good. Staff is helpful and kind especially owner who helped me to find a doctor since I was sick when I arrived there. There is tea and coffe at the lobby for free which is a bonus.

Worth for the money you are paying ,Nothing I disliked about

The room were clean and decent ,The staffs were so friendly and helpful ,Her name was May and one more cute lady who always had a smiling face I felt so comfortable over ,It’s a walking distance to Bangla just 800m but you won’t feel you are walking far,there are lots of restaurants ,shops and Thai massage centres around ,I love this place I will stay here one more time and the best thing no noises around the hotel

The room has a window but it’s facing the really close to the wall of the next building. I couldn’t even figure if it’s sunny or cloudy outside.

Very satisfied, completely exceeded expectations! The room is spacious and comfortable, free coffee and tea are provided in the lobby, and beach towels can be borrowed, which is very convenient. The surrounding area is also very lively. The Turkish food in the alley next door is very delicious. It is worth a try. You can get a 15% discount if you bring your room card.

The matress solid and small size, staff does not spk goood english but very nice, they help. Other things such as window view, elevator, size of room...ect are not perfect, but the price is amazing. Bcz the last ones can be found but u need to hv a good budget. But mattress is the only thing i did not like. Even though, it was goood for me as it is clean.

The hotel is clean and simple, very satisfied with the amount paid. Cheap hotel for a comfortable stay. Shower very clean nd many towels, perfect location, all shops resto nearby، beach very close, no noise, calm, you feel safe......for anyone going first time,i highly recommend. Great location, friendly staff close to the beach and Bangla Road and yet it is so quiet, everyday i slept there like a baby. Best value for money. I stayed 6 days and i would definetely stay there again. Owner of the hotel is a great man, i forget my wallet in the room and he tried to reach me and he well managed to send my wallet to my hotel in Pattaya. Special thanks to him🙏
