We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

NetherlandsFriendly staff that is present when you need them and responds quickly on whatsapp. Clean room with stable wifi and a nice warm shower. Also nice to rent a quality bike for a low price here. Location is perfect as it is really close to Patong center but just far enough to not get any of the noise from the center.

SwedenI'm an unfit guy nowadays. My advice to people in my situation is to ask for a lower floor than the third one I had. With all that said and done. I needed to exercise so who knows? It might have been a message from someone that it's time to start getting into shape again, right?! Nevertheless. A lower floor is good advice. Finally: As a side note. It took some time to get used to the firm bed but when I did the bed was perfectly fine.
It's a lovely couple that's running this establishment. Trust me they really make you feel right at home. It is situated in a great area. If I had to pick one street in Patong for a couple, a single traveler, and a family on a budget this would be it. (It has everything you expect from Patong but in moderation and it has a lot you don't expect in a bundle.) Helpful staff who let you rent a car, or motorbike and give good advice on where to go for whatever needs you might have. What more can you ask for?! Finally. Perfect cleaning. Be nice with the tipping, she deserves it.

RussiaThe matrass is too hard. It could be more light in the room. You hear everything what is going on in your neighbors rooms. Here you can also rent a scooter but be careful. They say we give you best price because you are our costumer. I was suggested 400 bat per day. But the same street you can rent the same scooter for 150-250 batt. So their best price is 2 times higher than everywhere. At the same street there are similar hotels with cheaper price.
Location is good. Close to Banzaan Market and jungle mall so you can buy anything you need. A beach is a bit far, about 20 minutes by foot but that's OK. Bangla road is 10 minutes away.
