The rooms were definitely 3* hotel, outdated. Beds are not very comfortable. We paid for breakfast, but didn’t eat it, as it wasn’t the best. With the rest- it’s ok.

You get what you pay for. Room is very spacious, Location is very good from perspective of walking distance to the Old Town. Very good gym is downstairs, laundry and some stores are around the corner. In general - it’s okey.

It was a little bit annoying that the door to block B shut at 6pm but not a big deal.

Loved the free gym next door and the pool. Staff were friendly helpful and can arrange bikes for you to be delivered which was great. Location is good, old town Phuket is about 15 minute walk. Beaches a little bit further but we rented a bike so did not mind at all. Bottled water every day was also such a bonus. Great value for money here.

Having booked a room with the balcony, I had a very noisy street that I was situated at. If you are a light sleeper I would recommend not to have a balcony. B section of the house has windows and balconies that are towards a busy transport street.

I liked the location very much - it was situated a walking distance from the old town, the property offered a very reliable scooter service, the people working there were super nice, helpful and attentive. The room was cleaned when asked to do so - meaning that if you didn't need your room cleaned you could skip that but they still left 2 bottles of free water at your door every day. That was a really nice extra to have. :)

Bed wasn’t comfortable,only had one pillow,no hand towel and they had no safe in the bedroom to keep valuable belongings.

Great pool, very spacious room, great housekeeping (even if you have do not disturb up they will leave you water, coffee and TP), friendly staff. About a 20 minute walk into Old Town and 30-45 minutes on scooter to the beaches. ATM across the street, fruit stand near by and a restaurant on site (if you are vegetarian they don’t really serve you, fyi). Overall good place.

There isn't a massive amount of things to do around it, but to be honest I don't think there is a massive amount to do in the old town at all. This didn't bother us as we spent the days doing trips or going to Patong/Karon/Big Buddha.

The hotel was about a 10/15 minute walk to the Sunday night market which was great for us. The hotel was clean and tidy, the staff were friendly. The room was large, it is dated and could do with modernising but clean and tidy. No issue what so ever.

Hotel staff were amazing. Very informative on check-in. Helped me by booking a taxi to the ferry terminal the next morning, chef made me up a delicious packed lunch in lieu of my breakfast due to my early departure. The hotel room was basic but lovely and clean and had all the normal stuff you'd expect like soap etc. The pool area was decent enough and the gym was amazing. The place had a real buzz about it! Location was a short walk into old town, about 15 mins walking and it was tucked away from the main road so fairly quiet. Was really surprised by this gem and would defo recommend.

The rooms could do with a bit more cleaning as mine was a bit dusty. The bathroom could do with some maintenance as the drain was blocked in the shower and the sink was leaking. Just a heads up for future guests nothing works unless you enter the key on the wall.

The staff are amazing. They made my birthday extra special with a cake and flower's. They are all very friendly always greeting you and enquiring about your day. The room was huge, I loved it.

Only thing was the shower. Low pressure and had to be freezing cold or boiling hot (too hot) & no inbetween.

Staff were very friendly. Helped us arrange Motorbike rental & even called my next hotel on phi phi for me. Gym was great, free of charge just have to show hotel key card. Pool was nice to cool off. Room was spacious. Good location, easy reach to old town Phuket and lots of good restaurants near by.
