Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

MalaysiaI could never get the temperature right for the shower. It was either too hot or not hot enough. Decor was also a bit dated, but it's not a big deal.
Best feature of the apartment is how close it is to the BRT station. Extremely convenient to go around the city. There's a restaurant and cafe downstairs, but there's also a 7-Eleven nearby to feed yourself. Beds were comfortable, and facilities were sufficient. Apartment was very spacious even with 5 people (I took the 3-room apartment). The swimming pool was a nice bonus.

FranceThere are no real good restaurants close to the place and those in the tower are a bit expensive for BKK. But there is street food available which is for me a very good choice. The air conditioning is a bit too noisy.
This 9 floors building is located just behind the highest tower in BKK which host the Ritz Carlton hotel. It is very close to the BTS Station and has a 24/24 front desk with a human being (it changes from the self check-in procedures). It is an hotel and the housekeeping is performed every 2 days. It is a one bedroom suite with kitchen. Comfort is simple but consistent with the price. Air conditioning is efficient and there is good hot water and additional amenities in the bathroom. There is a coffee shop at basement and the roof top swimming pool is a nice place. The staff is very kind and always available. The hotel can organize transportation to and from airport at good fare. Overall a very good price/quality ratio.

Well located near metro lines. Nice pool to cool down after a day sightseeing. Clean well kitchen just ask for utensils. Good bed, as others have said it is an older building but quite comfortable. We did use Bolt and Grab to get around sometimes but the traffic is unreal.

FranceThe system they have for the pool/gym towels. Pick them up at the front desk but have to be return by 10pm every night or you will be charge a fee. We could easily hang them out to dry on our balcony n reused them the next day, for me just a waste of electricity, water etc…

SingaporeNo full length mirror and out of 3 bedrooms and 01 living room, only the master room was cool. Technician had to be called but they managed to fix it. Also the shower temperature goes hot n cold periodically which was annoying.
Staff was great and accommodating. Great location great amenities big rooms and overall just great. Will definitely stay again on my next trip. Our room had 01 master room with King bed, another room with queen bed i think and another with single bed with sliding door, 2 bathrooms, living room, balcony, kitchenette with microwave big fridge and washer.

CanadaRooms need some care and maintenance. Be sure to lock your balcony door, as it's probably easy to climb from one balcony to another. Taking key stops the electricity...including the fridge, which is weird. Give your staff more training in responding to people's questions etc.
We have stayed here before, and returned due to a sale and discount offered via Booking. It's a good option for a longer stay in Bangkok. Location is good for us, but we know our way around there so this might be a bit biased.
