The photographs bear no reflection to reality. I was in room 3 and the sink was cracked and leaked, shower unit leak and all the plaster was falling off the walls. Some even landed on my towel whilst showering. Absolutely disgusting.

There was only one think I could point to and it was the wall of the room. I know that the rainy season has strong inpact on the walls but it would be nice if they will be repainted. It would nake the room feel cleaner. Evethough the room itself was very clean.

Its placed in very comfortable location which is quite. The stuff was very welcoming and helpful. They did their maximum to make sure we have all we need and feel comfortable without asking for maney for everything. The little kitchen in the from made the whole experience even more welcoming. I would deffinitely recoment this place for the value.

The rooms and communal areas were clean and tidy, sure a little dated, but that is part of the authenticity and charm. The staff were so very helpful andcould not help enough. It was quiet, but near where we wanted to be. It is traditional Thai, so the previous reviews should take that into consideration; if you want western palatial then choose such companies, although i would question why go to Thai. If you want real and true then I would recommend; bearing in mind we used to live near here and we were back visiting friends so we know what to expect. We will certainly be returning. Thank you.

Near Khaosan road.Good size bedroom and comfy bed. Lots of local cheap Thai food in the area. Good value for money.

Very low shower head with very high temperature control for shower (if < 6 foot u may struggle), the plastic waterbottles were warm (BPA poisoning), the “flatscreen TV” had no netflix or good channels, the doors are hard to open, no light until you crawl around and put your card in and the fridge was pretty dirty

property is old and worn electric in room kept turning off all night then restart tv came on, safety deposit box locked no one speaking English or knew how to open or use. it is sad to see such a distinguished hotel fall so far needs lots of work

The room was extremely dirty. The floor was sticky, the floor of the balcony looked like it hadn't been cleaned for a very long time, there was quite a lot of mould throughout the room and the shower had a used bandaid and hair in the drain (which I had to remove myself so that it wouldn't flood). The soles of our feet were constantly black from walking bare foot inside the room.

Our family had a lovely experience at the Sabye hotel. Firstly we want to say a big thank you to Pla, Golf and the staff who were very kind to our family and children. After seeing reviews about the location we were very glad we booked here. It was a very relaxed location, off the main roads, great restaurants and street food and, massage parlours in all the streets surrounding the hotel. A close walk to some great locations and China town. We loved the history surrounding this part of Bangkok, good vibes and such kind and friendly people. The hotel room was very comfortable with bunks and a large bed, for a family, very clean and tidy. The hotel has a very relaxed feel, plants, books, common area downstairs, art on the walls, relaxing music a lot of love and personality. feels more like a retreat. Definitely recommend for a great package of Thailand’s beauty. thank you for having us,

We came to stay unexpectedly because the room price was not high. But very impressed especially about the help of the Q&A team because we are check in too late. The area is nice, Old hotel but charming building with nice decorations. The room is clean and spacious. We feel at home, All the staff are nice and helpful. It's worth it. For sure, we'll be back!
