Beutiful beachfront location, I stayed in a villa with a plunge pool for a week it was very clean and the staff were very nice and helpful. The island is very quiet perfect if you want to relax and enjoy the scenery, I will definitely be returning.

the staff were amazing, attentive. Our host helped us plan each day and book all transport for us so everything was so easy. the views were exceptional, the actual villa was so gorgeous and it was a perfect place to spend a few days. We have a floating breakfast which was worth every penny and the restaurant food down my the beach was incredible. Would reccomend staying here!!

We had an amazing stay at Saengsuree villas. Our hosts helped to arrange our transfer to the island and collection from the ferry port ahead of time. Villa had lots of space and a great big bedroom. Decking area and private pool was great. The hotel has an amazing onsite restaurant and the kitchen team/waiters went above and beyond to cater to us as vegetarians. Villas have an amazing view of the ocean and your own private beachfront. Our hosts also helped to arrange a floating breakfast for us one day which was lovely.

Absolutely bliss! Even more beautiful than the photo which I didn't think was possible! We had the most romantic, stunning 3 nights and would have stayed for much longer if we could (we loved it so much we extended for a day).

The sea near the hotel is not for swimming because of the rocks, but it did not bother us, we went to the beaches nearby.

I liked everything at the hotel: a beautiful sea view, a balcony with a swimming pool, comfortable rooms and bed. There were welcoming fruits and was very nice to find sandwiches on the late arrival. Breakfasts and dinners on the beach are unforgettable. Special thanks to Montha, Khwan and all the staff for assistance and support. They organized for us a late time transfer and even helped to return back to the hotel when a motobike had a flat tire. I recommend this hotel to everyone for a peaceful and comfortable stay.

Saengsuree Villas were exceptional from the get go. Villa host Namfon met us as the taxi pulled up, took us through our villa, offered us a welcome drink and had even organised a cake for my partners birthday. The Villa was spotless and felt brand new whilst maintaining an inviting warmth. The views across Phang Nga Bay toward Koh Yao Noi are breathtaking and both our private pool and the larger hotel pool were phenomenal. We had the most glorious time here and adored exploring the island on our scooter (very easily organised through the hotel reception). Breakfast was served each day by the water and had a variety of things to choose from. Highly recommend trying the Green Curry at the seaside restaurant and the Tom Kha at the restaurant adjacent to reception. If I could rate our stay more than ten out of ten I would - it's worth every cent and we would've extended it if we had time left in our trip!

This was such an amezing place to stay. Koh Yao Yao is a hidden Gem with very little tourists. The Villa was so romantic and perfect for couples. Top class accomadation and the private pool over looking the beach made it. Myself and my partner just got engagued and they put a lovley suprise in our room upon arrival for us which was so nice. We were able to rent out scooters from the villa which was a great way to see the island. Khwan the General Manager was so welcoming and an amezing host. All of the staff were so nice and so helpful. We would highly recommend staying here, it’s amezing!

The view from our room was incredible! We were on our honeymoon and they decorated our room. Our room was so clean and we felt well taken care of. We rented a scooter from the hotel, perfect way to get around the island. The restaurant down at the beach was also excellent. Great variety of the buffet breakfast as well. Highly recommend staying here.

Nothing - it was all perfect

This place was simply perfect. The location meant that our room / infinity pool and also the bar / restaurant had perfect views out to the ocean & islands. The villa was well appointed with luxurious bed linens. Staff were all great, but especially our Villa Host, Namfon, who specially arranged prosecco & fruits in our villa for my husband's birthday. Breakfast buffet was really extensive and delicious.

- no food delivery room service - the breakfast could have more food options

This was our first honeymoon location in Thailand and it was amazing. The views, the furniture and the overall interior of the villa are gorgeous The staff prepared the room for our arrival to give it a romantic feel (towel swans and rose petals on the bed, fresh fruit, drinks and flowers around the room). They also arranged transfer (including 2 taxis and a speedboat), and helped us in every way we needed. We were staying in one of the top lane villas and I was first a bit worried that since it’s closer to the road it might be noisy, but I shouldn’t have - the bedroom seemed to have soundproofing, the bed was amazing and we had a great sleep every nice. The locations is nice - there are a few restaurants with very good traditional thai cuisine with reasonable prices. However, if you want to explore the island a bit more, you will need to rent a bike or a car (renting a bike is super easy and inexpensive).

We chose the villa as we like self-catering. The kitchenette’s units were empty apart from a kettle. We had to ask for everything including crockery, cutlery, glasses, pans, and basic condiments that we would normally expect. That said, the staff were very good at promptly providing what we needed. Also do be aware that the beachfront is not considered suitable for swimming, which is a pity.

You simply can’t beat the view! Loved the private balcony with small pool. Really comfortable bed.
