The beds were a bit hard.

It was right at the beach and close to the centre. The staff are really friendly and helpful. They also offered a transfer to the pier and back. The wifi was ok.

I was disappointed to notice many people who were not guests sneaking into the hotel properly via the beachfront access to use the hotel pool facilities. At one point there was a group of 10 young backpackers, many of whom came back a few days in a row and would call their friends saying to join them. This was disheartening as true hotel guests have obviously paid for the facilities, but other people would come in to use them and secure sun beds. May I recommend the hotel uses wristbands or similar for its hotel guests to ensure people don’t wander in like these groups did.

I enjoyed my stay at Sairee Hut. The view from my room was spectacular, I loved having so many beautiful big glass windows. My room was spacious, very comfortable and had great air conditioning. The hotel is centrally located so it’s very easy to walk into town (by the road or beach) to lovely cafes and restaurants. Additionally, I also appreciated the free shuttle that operated to/from the pier.

The pool area was often very busy (which is fine) but it was often impossible to get a sun lounger. This was just after full moon so it might have just been busier than normal.

There is a rave party in the club next door every night. Very loud. If you are looking for a quiet night sleep this is probably not the best place. Placement of the air condition unit is terrible. There is a big lamp hanging right in front of it blocking air currents

The children found the breakfast a bit restrictive. Location wise if you don’t mind a bit of noise later on and not looking for tranquility it’s perfect. I found the side streets with busy bars a bit to much and noisy in terms in Sairee Beach

Great being picked up from the pier and a quick and friendly check in. Really liked the room. It was spacious, comfortable, clean and great washing products. There was no view but the children had a pool view and jacuzzi on the balcony. The pool was nice as was the front area on to the beach with beanbags. Great place for a drink and to watch the amazing sunset. The sea was lovely and clear and had a great vibe in the day and early being. Nice BBQ at the hotel too and I found the breakfast to be nice as I enjoy the Thai selection. Great location for shops and bars.

Location, near restaurants and shops. Lots of trees for shade, restaurant was affordable, right on the beach, food was good, breakfast was good. The staff were all excellent! Nothing luxurious, but just good quality.

The path to our room’s front door was next to their house keeping space so there was often overflow of laundry or rubbish bags which you had to walk around. Only during the day, it was gone by the evening.

It had a pool right on the beach so you could swap between the two locations easily.

Great location, close to the beach, nice swimming pool suitable for all ages. Nice buffet breakfast with made-to-order egg station, included in room price. Was in the older-style room, but perfectly adequate, Comfortable bed, effective air conditioning. Staff very helpful.

Not a dislike but a couple of things in room would make it even better : Bedrooms could benefit from some drawers and shelves as limited places for storage of clothes. Hand soap next to sink would also be useful as the only soap is in the shower and is not removable .

Fantastic beach front location far enough along the beach away from the hub of backpackers bars to offer a quiet piece of tranquility. Breakfast is very good with a wide selection to suit all. Whole place is exceptionally clean. Well equipped bedrooms with free water which is replenished every day. Ample amount of sun-beds both in and out of the shade. Each evening there is a fire twirler on the beach right next to the hotel beach bar which makes for some pleasant entertainment after the sun has set . All in all i would recommend this place as a great base while on the island.

Our room was a little disappointing in terms of the bathroom and shower. Could do with modernising. It is quite dated and tired looking. We did try to upgrade, however there was nothing else available

The pillows need replacement, as they have lost their form and firmness. There was only 1 pillow per person, 2 would have been better.

Very big comfortable bed and good size room. They have bags outside your room, so if you don't want the room made, they leave your refills in there (toilet paper, water, and coffee/tea). Very good breakfast with lots of options. The restaurant prices were very reasonable. We loved the pool and the shady area under the big beautiful tree. Diving shops very close by, just a short walk along the beach. Good location close to shops and restaurants.

Too many in the small city center and around the beaches smoking cannabis a really pathetic and despicable way to have fun!!!

The resort is placed in a small paradise just 5 min away from Nang Yaun island that is a breathtaking natural park. The beach was spotless and the water increadible.
