Staff in main lobby weren’t as friendly as other places we stayed at in Thailand. No one helped us get our luggage out of the taxi etc. Rooms were a bit tired but clean.

The staff was so nice, and very kid friendly. Beautiful quiet Beach. Not close to the city, so you’ll need to take a cap. Therefor the prices are a bit high at The restaurant. Would recommend

no hot water in one of the rooms no outside water to wash the foots for one of the houses (and we booked two identical sea view rooms) cleanliness of the rooms could be better (dust, toilet bowl was dirty when we arrived, and was not cleaned until our departure 12 days later)

In one of the rooms the electrical plugs did not work properly. A microwave and a toaster would come handy to warm up food, since there is no kitchen in the apartment.

The beach had a lot of day trippers and was very crowded for the size of the beach. We had a beachfront cabin and we hated that beach goers and their families came on to our terrace to change and wash their children/ feet/masks. It felt quite invasive- maybe a small barrier might be nice.

Lovely resort on a small beach sure by huge boulders. It was lovely first thing in the morning and last thing in the evening when the day trippers went home. The fire show was pretty cool.

Beach very Crowded during the day and beach goers helping themselves to utilising the washing facilities at our villa to rinse sand from themselves and belongings. Lack of self awareness of these beach goers also when changing into and out of swimwear right in front of our villa, we saw far more than what was necessary too often.

Most of the staff members do not speak thai so be careful when you order food at the restaurant if you can speak some thai language. The swimmingpool is a little bit damage so it is imporant to be careful with the kids.

The hotel is on one of the most beautiful beach of koh Samui. Very nice place to relax, enjoy the beach or the swimming pool or the get a massage on the beach :-).

Stairs to hillside 606 could do with repairing as they are dangerous, a few lights missing from the stairs, people putting towels on beach front sunbeds and not using them. The hotel could do with a general tidy up, it appears a little run down, the sunbeds aren't moved hence there is a collection of dirt and debris. Could do with some seats near the sunbeds so people can congregate and chat.

Hillside apartment was fantastic, excellent views over the bay, easy for taxis outside, breakfast was OK, could do with a little more choice. Staff that we encountered were friendly (didn't stay there all day as we had things planned for the holiday) Relaxed atmosphere.

The "europeans" who lay their towels on a bed by the pool... and don't come back for hours. And the hotel / restaurant staff who can't / won't move those deserted towels so other guests can also enjoy the pool. I had to request bath towels (not in the room when I arrived) - and then to request pool towels (also not provided)

Great location on a beautiful beach... gets very busy in the afternoon. Nice restaurant, friendly staff and an open-air massage hut perched over the beach. Resort is off the main road, away from the traffic.

A few tiles missing and in need of a coat of paint.

Set on a lovely beach but quite small. The resort is a bit old and tired and could do with some TLC but it is clean. As it is set in tropical gardens there is constant leaf fall which doesn’t help. The sea was not as clear as we hoped. The beach is very busy during the day but the resort is almost deserted by the evening. Staff are very friendly and helpful and the food was very good with some amazing daily specials. Overall it is very good value for money.

The bathroom light above the shower didn't work and you could see sunlight through it...

I enjoyed having a room with a beautiful view of the ocean, the placement of the restaurant and the massage place were amazing and I loved having a private beach.

I didnt really like the food in the restaurant, it was ok but the breakfast selection was not very big and overpriced. one day I ordered a "smoothie bowl with mixed berries and fresh tropical fruit" and was served mixed berry yoghurt (same as my kid got for hr child meal) with fruits on top. unbelievable sweet and not at all what the menu described.

the room was big and the beds surprisingly comfortable. the hotel grounds were fun for our young kids to explore and the beach was so much fun! Breakfast was ok, nothing special.

Only thing I can say is, Shower water wasn’t very warm which is great for the heat but when it was stormy and we hadn’t been in the sunshine all day it wasn’t too pleasant especially for my 4year old daughter.

Food was delicious, staff were great beautiful location. You are out the way of a lot of main shops etc but easy enough to get a taxi or grab to wherever you want to go. 7/11 right outside which was handy.
