The location is magical. Overlooking the fields and a temple that is connected through a bamboo path/bridge that goed through the fields. The staff is very helpful and will do anything to accommodate you. We also loved the decor. Very tranquil Zen/Scandinavian style rooms. The bed was very comfortable as well. The lobby is more in an English cottage style where it’s lovely to relax and read a book with the lovely view. We also recommend to drive to the nearby mud spa (choose program nr 5!) avoid the VIP-treatment though. We highly recommend this place!

Nothing to be concerned, but if I have to pick up something, the staff can’t find my booking via booking.com and it took around 20 minutes for the staff to arrange my rooms with not sure shy or not so good English speaking.

Very comfortable and clean rooms with amazing view. The owner was very nice and supportive. In fact she specially prepared vegetarian food for us on our request. We look forward to visit the place sometime again.

Noone at the reception speaks english or any other language but thai . We solved everything trough translator, but someone should speak some other language.

Everything perfect, especially jacuzzi in the balcony, overlooking rice fields. Beautiful! Breakfast was good, although we don't like to specify the time to get it, I mean, it should be from ... to ... and not at ...

Slightly basic for the high price

the rooms to the street side are very noisy in the early morning time due to rush hour. But with earplugs it was ok.

the location is wonderful, the staff is very friendly, though the speak just a little English. the owner Poy is lovely. she arranged everything we needed from a scooter to transport to Chiang Mai.

There was no boiling pot in the room and we had to help ourselves with the hot water in the restaurant.

In general the whole experience was very positive. The only point to improve was the service during breakfast, for which there was a perceived lack of the necessary staff.

An extremely interesting option to explore the Mae Hong Son area. This house in traditional materials, has many attractions to provide an exceptional experience in this region of northern Thailand. Superb environment, beautiful architecture and decoration, great comfort -we recommend the rooms with jacuzzi and views over the rice fields- good welcome, very good breakfasts... One of the best places we have stayed in our recent trip of two months across the country. To highlight the beautiful detail of treating us with a delicious cake and a very good wine on the occasion of our wedding anniversary. Many thanks for everything!

For light sleepers like me the noise of a vehicle passing through the road can be heard as we had kept the AC switched off with only the mesh door closed (though it’s rare as the traffic on the route is very less)

Beautiful property, photos do not do justice. Luxurious rooms with all amenities. They also accommodated our request for vegetarian breakfast which was deliciously prepared. It’s away from the hustle bustle overall we were very happy with our stay here. Loved the architecture of the hotel and the materials used.

Saying goodbye.

Pretty much everything, but to give some highlights: The building is well constructed with recycled teak wood everywhere and tastefully decorated. The room with spa bath, which was well worth the price, had spectacular views towards the mountains and adjacent rice fields. The bath itself, located on the balcony with either total privacy or sweeping views, is very large and comfortable for up to two people, bubble bath was provided, and the hot water comes from an underground hot spring. The bed is perhaps the most comfortable bed I’ve slept in, and it’s so quiet that the only things that can be heard are a slight whisper from the air conditioner and the crickets singing outside. The Internet connection was flawless. Great coffee at breakfast The owner is amazing… impeccable attention to guests’ needs, extremely knowledgeable about everything in Mae Hong Son and providing tonnes of helpful information.

The room was brilliant, the room featured a jacuzzis on the balcony overlooking the rice fields with beautiful views. The room was quiet and comfortable and the bed was great. Excellent location for a relaxing stay. The food was excellent and the staff were friendly.

Not a big issue but water temperature and pressure was erratic. Breakfast was of limited choice. Again not a big issue but there was no fruit, cereal, yoghurt or bread/toast on offer, which would’ve been made it perfect.

Very comfortable and spacious rooms with gorgeous views. Food was very tasty at breakfast and dinner. Friendly staff.
