Although the breakfast was fine, in general the food could be a bit better. This is an important point, as it is a rather remote location, and there are not many other options.

Such a relaxing stay. Not busy at all... a more remote and calm destination. The room was sizable, comfortable, and beautiful. The public portions of the resort were well designed and also quite lovely. The intricacy of the wooden construction of this hotel is really stunning in person. Staff was unfailingly polite, friendly, and helpful.

The electricity cables running next to the resort are scary, they make loud noise and u see the flashes, always feels like they gonna rip any moment The wood on terrace area of villas could need a refreshing layer of lack or something.

It’s perfect in all ways ! Beautiful Resort, perfectly taken care of, no bugs and insects and the most friendly and helpful staff anyone can imagine - perfect service from everyone! It was my second time there, the resort improved a lot to last year - new gym, super nice and comfy beach tents, and the spa is new and so much better. Best massages i had in long time, the ladies fixed my back and you get very nice refreshments before and after the treatment, which makes it perfect. I love the speaker in the villas, to listen to music. The beach is super nice and clean

Even though I top rated this place it was at the higher price for food. I rang 222 for lunch tray pick up no one came resulting in MANY ants.

The villas are not so close to the sea; there is a street between them and the area with the swimming pool and restaurants. Beaches have golden sand, but also a lot of plastic waste. The hotels and resorts only clean their yard, but if you want to go left or right, you will be bothered by plastic bottles, tires, etc. The sea was full of jellyfish. There is a lot of poverty in the neighborhood.

The resort has a very natural atmosphere, everything possible was made from wood; you will feel like living in a luxurious cottage in nature and near to the sea. This includes lots of flowers, singing birds, but also bugs or other small animals, so if you have any insect phobias, do not go there. However, the bugs were friendly, and we did not have any bad experiences with them. The staff is super nice and helpful. The food was excellent, including the breakfast. Beds and pillows were very comfortable, 2 average adults and 1 kid can comfortably sleep in 1 bed. The resort offers a lot of privacy. Beach is nice and quite empty.

Lack of dessert choices. I wish they would change breakfast menu so that guests who stay for more than 2-3 days have different choices.

Food at restaurant is good. After 3 days (6 meals), we have not yet repeated any food order. I wish that they offer more small snack dishes like finger food. Breakfast is decent. Price is very reasonable.

Not much to not like - everything was spotless clean.

An excellent excellent luxurious resort located on beautiful Natai beach, which only has 2-3 other resorts/villas close by. The staff were amazing - friendly, helpful. The pool and beach were perfect. Food was also excellent - good value considering not much nearby. Breakfast buffet was also very good. I would highly recommend staying here versus going into Phuket Island.

However, the pool needs a bit of maintenance you can see some rusting in the tiling and the lounge boats some pieces of wood are chipped. The MOST ANNOYING thing is there is a sign to put “do not disturb” or “make up room” and even if we put the “do not disturb sign” they call. Which meant waking up the baby from her nap to ask if we want the room cleaned. It’s super annoying so I had to unplug the phone. On Saturday at 6:00 am you could hear, from our bed, club music. Playing full blast. Some beach party nearby.

Santhiya review We stayed in this resort in 2019 but at the Koh Yao Yai location and loved it. Now we were traveling with a baby so we wanted to come back but to a calmer and less busy location. The Natai location is just that. We stayed from Feb 20-27 to celebrate our daughter’s first birthday. Talking to the staff, we found out there were 87 guests staying at the resort. This means breakfast and dinner was never full and it was always easy to get a table. The pool also was almost empty. Only two or three other couples or families. The teakwood detail in this resort is stunning. It makes it a resort like no other. The staff is extremely friendly and really good with kids. Shout out to Farot who was our daughter’s favorite person at the resort!Everyone knew and greeted our daughter by name. I loved that detail. The room is exactly what we expected and more. The villas are extremely private. There is lush vegetation everywhere making it feel like you are alone. It’s wonderful. Every other night they have a time frame where they spray the resort for bugs. Trying to make your stay as comfortable as possible. I also had a massage at the AYURVANA spa and the hospitality was excellent. A welcome drink, a selection of oils to choose for your massage, a wonderful massage and a small dessert with tea to end it all. However, literally a two minute walk from the security entrance, there is a small building that does massages for half the price. Not the same spa experience, but oil or Thai massage regardless. My husband went there everyday and would send them a whatsapp to book. There are a lot of food options for dinner. You order with a tablet and we never had any problems with the device. Western and Thai food options. Breakfast is good. The Koh Yao Yai location had a lot more options for breakfast than this location. But still what is offered here is good. Thai food and Western, they make your eggs on the spot how you would like them.

All good, nothing to mark down. Staff lovely, friendly and always helpful. Massages pure bliss, beach peaceful, and the cuisine reflected Thai culture. The breakfasts, despite some reviews I read, was fabulous....no complaints.

We came to Natai for a specific purpose, and it met all we were after. Phuket and tourists was never in our consideration.....relaxing and joining a large group of friends for a personal event...week long, was our purpose. Santhiya provided a great location for us to access the sites included in this private event.

The quality of the breakfast really needs improvement. The service in the restaurant was friendly but at times extremely inefficient and inexperienced: the food came before they gave us drinks and cutlery, some dishes came after more than an hour after other dishes were served, desert came when the table was still full of dishes etc

We loved the villa with pool and the facilities, the architecture is really grand. The pool and the beach is fantastic. We really enjoyed the spa! We will absolutely come back! Do not hesitate to book!

Honestly, can't name anything we didn't like about this hotel. It was exactly what we'd hoped for our trip to Thailand, & even more what we needed after previous disappointments in other locations. Definitely think this may be the best hotel I've ever stayed in.

So much about this resort was amazing. We really felt like we were staying in the jungle, it was all so private & luxurious. A complimentary "buggie" brought us to the closest ATM when we asked where it was & the staff arranged a private car (at additional cost) to bring me to the nearest pharmacy & supermarket when we needed some supplies. The staff were so helpful, specifically Pa & Siri, who honestly felt as though they couldn't do enough for us. Having a private pool was amazing & room service was delivered so quickly after ordering via their QR website. The one night that there was going to be a delay they rang our room to let us know it would be 30 minutes, which was a very nice touch.

Unfortunately big minus is a restaurant, doesn’t fit to level of hotel , food was very average , meals in restaurant wasn’t good , that is for sure something what have to be improved . If you compare such great hotel you expect much better food in restaurants, specially that all around hotel there no restaurant or any place where you can eat .
