I know it's a budgeted hotel but it would have been greet to have coffee and tea facilities in the room

No elevator in the building so I have to walk in stairs because my room in third floor

No real atmosphere, staircase not very practical for someone of my age, (sometimes) noisy environment : street noises (traffic, partygoers, barking dogs), drilling-hammering works in the construction site next door, that I could clearly hear from my room #202; on my request, and also for the sake of other customers, the reception lady went there and the construction noises stopped, at least after a more decent hour... but a strange banging remained till at least 8 PM. Last but not least: One must know that the check-in is possible not till 8 PM, as written on the booking.com reservation, but till 6 PM, when the bar closes (I was not warned) - after 6, the house is closed and nobody is at the reception.

Pretty bedroom all in green colour, good bed, very good location, good Internet, very helpful and efficient young lady at the reception: congrats!

Balcony was all concrete and the view was not great. No elevator and steep stairs to get to room (be very careful not to fall).

Location. Walking distance to many restaurants and shops. Beach and Bangla Rd is a 10mins walk. Good air con. Comfy bed and pillows.

The only facilities it has are the checkin area/coffee shop which was closed for most of the time we were there - not really sure why.

Great location, good sized room, amazingly comfortable beds, really clean and nicely decorated. It’s only a couple minutes walk to Bangla Road, but it’s down a gated side street off the main road so it was really quiet.

Very clean, immaculate bed linen and a really good bed. The staff were very friendly, the location was excellent for walking around the town but off the main road, and close to Paradise area.

Rooms a little on the small side. Bath drain needed cleaning and bath faucet needed tightening. Also didn't realize there was no elevator initially. Good thing highest room is only on the 5th floor

No one to attend you at the front desk full-time.

A cute newly renovated boutique hotel. Naina and her family were a superhost. Always there to help you around. In fact I had a change of plans for extending my trip she helped by accommodating us. Very friendly, clean hotel in the main streets of Patong.

The only thing that could be improved are the pillows as they are quite big and hard.

Great location - right in the heart of Patong but tucked down a street, away from the hecticness. Room is big and spacious with everything you need for a comfortable stay - beautifully furnished. The staff member who took care of us was extremely attentive and welcoming. We will definitely come back here again if we visit Patong again - highly recommend!

None at all. Everything was great!

The hotel was in an alley so despite it being near Bangla Road, it was actually very peaceful and quiet. The hotel staff was very helpful and can speak english well. There is also a cafe where you can get drinks. The bed was SOOOOO comfy. It was the best bed we had on our trip. The room was small but it had the basic necessities you need like tv and fridge. The tv comes with netflix so it was really really nice.

The room is very well designed and boutique. Clean and super comfortable bed! Staff very responsive to our needs. Location is in the heart of Patong, easily walk to the beach and other places.
