I would suggest adding a few more pillows in the room (instead of just two), and same comment for towels. The pool could benefit from a daily clean up , as many leaves fall from the tree into the pool. But these are details. Overall, it was great :)

Friendly staff, excellent massage therapist on site, delicious buffet in the morning with lots of options to choose from. We greatly appreciated the beautiful view from the restaurant terrace at sunset.

Would get a bit dark on the roads at late at night.

It's a nicely tuck out place foe people who want to unwind and have a good time on their own. Beautifully compacted room and just around the ascends and descends of vicinity

Everywhere housefly and that’s why staff give us protector for housefly. Color of sea looks like perfect but everywhere is seaweed and that’s why you couldn’t swim very well and confortable.

You hear bird sing and it makes more relax and I really like it.. Breakfast is also really good

The road from the hotel to Had Rin needs to be fixed it's not pleasant walking.

Perfect and quite location the front desk staff are very helpful,the standard room we stayed was very nice and pleasant.

The staff at the reception were not very nice, bad organized and very annoying to have any conversation with. When we left the tone switch 180 degrees and they were kissing our arses and sudenly being very polite. All in all, the reception staff was the only negative in our stay.

We really enjoyed the restaurant. The staff was absolute the best about out the stay. On top of that, the prices was cheap. They were great with the kids and remembered every order without writing anything down. Everything we ordered was brought all the way. The room, the beach, the pool it doesnt matter they walked all the way everytime.

The room wasn't clean when we got there

The hotel is beach front and also close to the center, 5 min walk from haad rin center but and at the same time very peaceful. The staff was so kind, especially alice :)

There were not enough sunbeds on the private beach.

We loved the gym, the pool, the breakfast, the friendly waiters. The yoga on the beach was super. Location is top . we loved the garden with a lot of flowers, singing birds and tropical plants and trees. The SPA, was on the beach and the quality of the massages was good. we even booked a few extra nights.

Archaic shower. Mossies a plenty and loud bird awakening but it is located in a nature area so no surprises really, 3% cr card charge. Sea seems shallow so not sure about swimming. Low number of shuttle bus transfers. Haadrin quiet outside if full moon party week.

Lovely quiet beach. Sunsets. Nice pool areas. Decent breakfast. Comfy bed. Hilly 10 or 12 min walk to town but bearable.

There are not enough sunbeds You can not swim in the sea. There is a lot of sea grass and sharp corals The rooms are not like on the photos

The surrounding area outside of the resort was not well kept. Some facilities, like laundry, were overpriced and with slow return. Water holes in the resort for rinsing our feet from the sand were a bit dangerous.

We loved the variety of breakfast. The beach was so beautiful and right in front of the resort. Amazing people working there! We loved the people there so much! We had a great comfy and soft bed, something that is so rare in Thailand. Massage was awesome in that location! The staff prepared a beautiful surprise decoration for us to celebrate our honeymoon. Very close to everything but also very secluded!

Nothing to dislike

A detached bungalow surrounded by garden full of shrubs. Two swimming pools and close to the beach. Breakfast choice was excellent and staff very welcoming and friendly.

The resort is nice, it has beach access and it is easy to get around. There is a very nice waiter at the restaurant, his name is Punk (if I understood correctly), he is very customer oriented. He made our stay very pleasant and served us dinner many evenings there.

Could be more client oriented in terms of beach service, DJ - all that staff we remember from 2020. The hotel is a bit worn and torn though as you can feel the impact of pandemic years.

We came back after 4 years. It is still great location for relax. Breakfast was fantastic. Service was very responsive and nice.

Extremely many mosquitos on the resort and the beach. Not within the resorts power ofcourse but still annoying.

Great, friendly and helpful staff. Location is great, located at a quiet part of Haadrin. Beach is nice.

The garden paths and stuff need some work. The hotel has become quite “shabby” compared to when I first went in about 2016. I believe covid would have contributed a lot to the condition of the property. But it’s definitely in need of a bit of a renovation on the property grounds. The rooms are still ok and modernish but would also require some updating.

Good location away from the main party at Haad Rin, I had previously stayed here with my wife and had a wonderful time as this resort can be quite quiet and romantic. This trip however was a boys trip so a different experience all together. I would recommend for couples but for a lads trip maybe book something in the chaos. The resort is set on quite a beautiful property and the private beach is stunning on a sunny day. The food at the restaurant was some of the best on the island.
