Restaurant was on the expensive side, which just meant we went out for more meals. Lots of mosquitoes in beach /restaurant area, especially in the evening unfortunately... A shame as meant we only watched one sunset from their beach! Mosquitos love both me and my partner unfortunately... Maybe not an issue for other people

Staff were very friendly and helpful, free WiFi in bar area though it didn't quite reach our room up the hill! Lovely shaded beach with sun loungers and beanbags. Free shuttle taxi to haad rin Beach 4 times a day, though the walk is not far (hilly though!). Great buffet breakfast. Room was cool and comfey with nice big bed. Free water every day. Reasonably priced massages and lovely beach setting. Free transfer to/from haad rin pier.

Our room was not cleaned even if we hang out ‘please clean room’ sign. We asked cleaning stuff to exchange towels and they didn’t come.

Overall it was a good experience. Delicious breakfast! Small and cosy beach, cleaned daily. Room was well equipped and bed was comfortable. Air conditioning worked well.

1. There was a bad smell in the bathroom, we couldn’t figure out if it was the drain or something else. We asked the crew twice to try and fix it but it didn’t really help. 2. Big mosquito problem even though it was the dry season. Not sure if it’s Koh Phangan or specifically this resort. One day they left a note saying they sprayed around the resort but it didn’t seem to help much. They have a trap in the room but you still can’t really avoid getting bites even with mosquito repellent.

Great location a few minutes walk to Haad Rin. Leela beach is beautiful (but during the morning it was a very narrow due to the tide), the room was renovated and clean.

There are a lot of stairs to the room, the wifi was awful. At night there is almost no light outside the room, and outside the hotel is completely dark, we needed to use flashlights to see our way.

The beach is really close, the breakfast was good and it's 7 minutes walk from Haad Rin. They upgraded our room to a room with a tub

The staff is super sweet, friendly and helpful. Location is quiet and on a private beach along coconut and palm trees, yet 5 minutes walk from Haad Rin center for restaurants and beach bars. Rooms are clean and providing privacy feeling. warmly recommended.

They cancelled my first booking few days before my check-in because I had an issue with my credit card without contacting me about it. I hade to rebook after i fixed the issue but I got worse room for more money than my original booking. They could contact me before cancelling the first booking to fix the issue with my card without cancelling the booking, that would made my trip less stressful.

Reminded a few times by staff about check out time the following day, which felt a bit hassled - I think they meant well but would advise that once is enough. Extras such as tour of the island were very pricey at 2800bhat pp, we rented a moped for 250bhat a day, much cheaper option!

Lovely private beach setting and friendly staff, close to haad Rin beach. Free pick up from haad Rin pier. Great buffet breakfast. Good value for money to stay here as not too expensive. Two pools and a gym. Can rent a kayak (possibly for free I believe) Taxi from airport to big Buddha pier on Koh Samui cost 170bhat and ferry was 200bhat

there was a smell in the bathroom and in general you can see the impact of Covid on the property (it didn’t bother us but the facilities need some refresh). the spa in the hotel was very average.

the staff was amazing, very friendly and helpful. the beach is beautiful. the breakfast and food in general was great and the prices were very reasonable. great place to see the sunsets. the room was spacious and clean.

At busier times the bar and restaurant were really slow and seemed understaffed. On our first night We were told to come for a table for dinner at 8pm, which when we arrived was at the same time of a massive party of 30+. We’d have come later if this had been made known and was really frustrating.a bit more attention to clearing and cleaning the beach space would have been welcomed. more sunbeds.

the room-we had an outside bath and hammock and sea view. this was a real highlight. Breakfast was also nice. The cocktails were delicious and the massage at the spa were some of the best we’d had in Thailand.

the beach is not swimmable, it’s hard to explore the rest of the island from this location, although the breakfast is pretty good we didn’t like the food in the restaurant.

it’s a nice comfortable property, the grounds and beach are very pretty. bed is comfortable, the atmosphere is very relaxing and the place is quite.

our room we were originally put in had a massive plastic roof in the bathroom which meant when it rained it was very noisy however as soon as we explained this to them they moved us to a better room and looks like they are renovating the rooms so should be better soon.

the staff were so lovely and super helpful we had a few problems with our original room and they moved us straight away to a more modern and comfortable room without charge. breakfast is good, location is really good 5 min walk to the full moon party beach and some nice bars on the beach at night time. we loved the animals at the hotel especially toffee the dog who walked us home from the full moon beach and made sure we got Back safe such a lovely dog who seemed to make every guest feel welcome we will miss toffee very much.

hotel well located but it's still more comfortable if you rent a scooter to move from the hotel to the restaurants, bars and beach also in Haad Rin, and highly recommended if you want to visit the island (which is not crowded so a scooter is easy to drive there)

Location was okay, short uphill walk into nearby town but expensive to get to the main town area
