Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

ThailandCost. For ~550 baht per day. I can say that its worth the price. You have the basic needs in a room. For travellers that most of the time outside and only wanted to have a private room to sleep, it is worth it. Otherwise if you plan to have staycation, its not worth it.

GermanyMicrowave in the room, but no plates or cups. water kettle would be great to have. Balkony was just 50 cm wide and full with pigeons...so not usable. Some of the outdoor sitting places were broken.
Big room, big comfortable bed, everything was clean, aircon was working well. Fridge and microwave. Sitting area on roof top and in front of the hotel, everything was quiet also the pool area. Great view to enjoy evening on the terrace. Good location... MRT near by, 7/11 very close, not far from pier. Small market with drinks available in the reception, as well water machine per baht

United KingdomThe stairs are unbelievably tall, please be aware is you are not able bodied the lifts will not be sufficient as you will still need to climb stairs to get to your floor/ room and also to get to the pool. The pool is significantly smaller than the pictures depicted as a 5 11” woman I can just about touch both sides with my arms spread. The bed sheets are very ill fitting so expect to wake up with the bed in disarray. Our first room had a broken air con however we were moved to a different room not long after. When staying our electric was cut off 3 times during the day for about 1-2 hours until a member of staff could be informed- they did sort this right away. I also would not rely on the WiFi as it was unable and often would not work at all.
The location was nice

GermanyMy room wasn’t super clean
It’s in a cool area, slightly off the beaten track but still easy for downtown. I enjoy the slightly faded 60s/70s design too. The staff are also all lovely

CanadaWe paid extra for the balcony but I would skip that next tome because the balcony is very narrow and dust/dirty with no place to sleep. Just the fresh air was nice that’s all.
I liked that the staff were polite and we didn’t have issue checking in. The place was very clean and they provided free bottles of water in the fridge.

United KingdomWashroom was dirty, kind of grimy.. just really badly stained toilet seat. We were finding lots of spiders and flies in the washroom everyday. A couple of times when plugging into outlets, the outlets sparked which was a bit concerning.
Very friendly and kind staff. Bedroom was spacious with lots of storage space for clothes and such. Best part of the hotel is the rooftop with multiple seating areas and tons of plants. Beautiful view. The location was good aswell, about a 10 minute walk to the sky train. And a 711 about 5 minutes away. Got a few tuk tuk rides and everywhere we went was only about a 10-15 minute drive back, so fairly close, and wasn’t too expensive if we hired transportation.

NorwayThey staff where lovely welcoming but I wish they could learn some words in English:) Only one toalett paper roll, but I guess that is how you do it in Asia: using the water near the toalett even more. The fitness rom need more props and the room where the manuals where, could be open in the evenings please? And the wifi on the room is not good. . But I had a nice stay anyway:)
It’s a really quite hotel so if you are travelling alone I would recoman you to eat your dinner at the eating place door next door. I’s driven by a really nice copple and the food is cheap and lovely. I had I nice stay, took the metro/BTS every day and exepienced Ocean world and other things before I went away. And hey the roof top is nice here, pool and a area to lay down and relaxe.

United StatesHi staff were very friendly, Pool is small but ok, cleaning services were great, room was good not fancy but definitely sufficient, shower could have been better not great pressure but again usable. location is on small soi but only 8 min walk to BTS and 5 min walk to 7-11. BTS is 3 stops to sala deang and silom complex mall one of the smaller malls but has everything you need. BTS is 6 stops away from siam paragon and central world malls so very easy to get to. All in all good location and service for the money would recommend it.
