On arrival to the hotel, the two rooms we had booked were both extremely dirty - dust everywhere, several small curly hairs in bathroom, including the shower, sink, floor. Dirty toilet and hair in the bed. Stains on the sheets - This is all when we originally arrived in to a “cleaned room”. Also the point for the 2 week stay looked like a dump. After several complaints on arrival we did get moved to a new room the next day, with a pool view, including a bigger balcony, which was more clean - A big thanks to Lek, on reception for accommodating this, it definitely made a difference to our trip. Also a hair in my cocktail from the pool bar, bar staff removed my juice from me that I was drinking, without my permission as it was bought at the local shop and not the hotel. Pool towels only changed once in 2 weeks…

Lovely hotel staff, great location. A very nice modern hotel to stay in, have everything you need within walking distance, including patong beach and the famous bangla road! Shout out to Lek, for her help during our 2 week stay.

There was a party at the hotel, and everybody was coming from outside, and it caused a considerable noise.

Despite having rules written around the pool area that guests couldn’t “reserve” sun beds and towels would be removed. This wasn’t being maintained by staff, so a daily struggle to find a sun bed free. The non-smoking policy in most areas weren’t kept either. This hotel could do much better if they only upheld their own rules and kept guest also following these rules for everyone being able to enjoy the common areas.

Very friendly and accommodating staff and helpful. 24 hour reception and overall a very nice hotel.

The hotel needs renovation, shower mixer in the bathtub is outdated

Rooms seems litlle outdated, they need a litlle renovations in the new part of hotel, for example toilets with curtains. Also ig you are checking king size bad you should get one madrass, not two separated, and after that combined withbad sheets.

Breakfast are nothing flash, worst I've had in Thailand....semi raw eggs and mostly cold. Fruit fine but the rest is mediocre at best.

I did not Like staff ,especial at breakfast where they always come to warn you IT is 10 :30 and you should leave from restaurant .They even turn off fans even if we Are still not finished eating and IT is 35 Celzius.Music at pools is unbearable very loud,every day same playlist ALL day longand you can here it in your Room .Hotel is to rest ,if we need music and party we go out .Shower was Full of mould and i Had to shower in Flip flops,and towels Are very smelly,bring your own .

Hotel is beautiful with two pools.Location is about 10 min walk to the beach and the price was reasonable .Breakfast is not european orientated but good coffee.

We didn’t like the loud rap music which was played at the pool. We didn’t like Patong town but the hotel is sufficiently far enough away that you can just about avoid going near it.

Everything about the hotel was great - the staff, the rooms - we stayed in two as we extended, the breakfast, cleanliness and pool.

Breakfast variety almost same breakfast every day with no option of Indian food and location from Beach is little away but on one side It is good too little distant from distractions

The bed mattress wasn't very comfortable, couldn't use netflix without signing up.
