Friendliest hosts I’ve had in 10 years of travelling to Thailand, I got ill and they took me to hospital and sat with me while I was being attended to. They then picked me up later on as well. That’s just on top of all the other positives this place has

Pillows were too hard but otherwise everything was good

Wonderful family owned business, convenient location 100 metres from Patong Beach. Son stayed up to check us in for a 2 am arrival which was great. Good value

I stayed in room 101 on the first night and the sink seems to be clogged. The water pressure is also a little low.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was comfortable and the location couldn't be better. I loved having a balcony and the facilities were clean.

No kettle, tea, coffee facilities. Otherwise perfect hotel. Fireworks going off all night on the beach - but that is Patong!

Excellent position in centre of Patong but in a quiet art decor style arcade below Patong Tower with great cafes and restaurants, yet away from the crazy traffic on the one-way beach road. Our room was on the top floor (3rd) and staff carried our cases up as no lift. Lovely room. Very comfortable bed. Quiet hotel. Very helpful staff. Great restaurants nearby. Lovely beach with plenty of space between the sunbeds.

Very nice and family atmosphere. Flawless service, with class and culture. The cleanliness of the room was very high, the room was very cozy. The bed was very comfortable. Great location. Close to shops, restaurants and the beach. I recommend this place. I will definitely come back here ❤️ Thank you for a nice stay.

Central in Patong, short distanse to everywhere, 1 min 2 beach, 4 min to Bangla. Super sweet staff, highly recomended

When I asked them for a problem about my reservation, they did not understand me with poor English and told me company (booking) guy is coming. And then police came. Police was also confused when he learned the story 🤦‍♂️. Hpocrisy

The noise outside was till 3AM sometimes, you can hear all the noise from outside, there were ants 🐜 in the room, in bed, but that's probably if you bring food in room , the water seems like is stored in a plastic container since it has a odd smell of plastic barrel, no lift, but is good training for legs if you stay at top floor

It was close to the beach ⛱️, the staff was very helpful and friendly, the cleaning staff was respectful with the "don't disturb" sign on door The stuff is amazing, they did their best, and I thank them

The local shops and massage parlours around the hotel were fine, but if I ventured any further away I would be constantly confronted by other aggressive touts, and the area surrounding the hotel was very smelly.

The area is a bit ruff. A lot of the local are very pushy, at the beach in particular. I couldn't visit the local beach because of very aggressive touts selling sun glasses. There were at least 5 guys selling sun glasses in the same area and regardless of whether I bough some sun glasses from one of them the rest including the guy I bought some from still wanted to sell me more. I ended up buying 3 pairs of sun glasses I didn't need because they were so threatening, then eventually gave up on the beach altogether because they still wanted more money from me. You can't walk far from the hotel without being hassled by other aggressive locals either.
