You had to pay 100 baht room key deposit which is no big deal unless you had to leave before 08.00 hours when reception was open.

The host was kind and welcoming, brought me a cold water while signing in then a young lady carried my luggage to the room on the 1st floor. Door access was explained to me as well as logging into the free Wi-Fi. My room was big with a double bed, TV, refrigerator, fan, balcony and en-suite toilet and hot shower. Swimming pool was an added bonus as was free coffee. Pattaya beach walkable in 10-15 minutes with a Seven Eleven next door and a Big C close by.

It's located near an intersection of central and third road so this makes easy move to beach second road and centre nice location that's a fact with good service to people also room are big than soil buakhaw and beach road hotels . The benifits here is it's not noisy at night and in centre that makes it outstanding with people that run the show are gentle and very polite would agree it's good to choose if you are looking for good and quality service and quite place for staying at Pattaya Nice people and full team . We got free early check in at 9:30 am although time of check in was at 2pm that's not normal as probably they must charge early check in but they gave it free and free coffee wifi was great and good food.

Almost nothing to complain about.

Very comfortable stay with The hotel. They made my day. Extremely great service with the best polite welcome . Rarely could I come across such a hotel that cares for guests so much . Any assistance was at tips and answered. Location is very convenient just in a situation that can access full town easily. Wifi was strong and the place was quite for good sleep as this is not easy to find in good location Pattaya is full with bars and nightclubs that make lots of noise at night but this was a hotel that could sleep we'll in central location. Many cheap food fresh food next door was available . Would say it was very good experience.

Very polite host and full team . Well managed and hearts full of true hospitality. We would Say this property must be 5star service and care. The place is in a central location near to easy access.Beach was walking distance 15 minutes. Shopping mall nite clubs just nearby. Food court with the cheapest best clean food. Great WiFi speed all over . The pool was clean and good . The staff was helpful for anything we needed . Coffee was free all day a great treat. Even more the price was never so cheap to stay at Pattaya with such good people and facilities. The owner is very generous and a real gentleman we have ever met. Would regard the hotel as best ever in Pattaya for hospitality and care
