It's been our first (but def. not last) time at Sea Breeze House. We enjoyed every second of our stay. From the moment we arrived, it felt like coming home to a long lost friend's house. It just clicked. Kun Joy has been the best host ever. She goes above and beyond to make your stay a memorable one.

Simple and perfectly formed. We loved the location. Easy place to be and relax completely. Great eating locations nearby on foot or by scooter. Fabulous seeing pink dolphins. Super clean and Joy our host was wonderful.

The only drawback was neighbours on the adjoining balcony who talked late until 11:30 p.m. or later and the sound travels easily. They were a couple but had another couple over. It would be a good idea to tell guests or to write on the rules of the guest house no noise after 10 or so p.m. so we could get some shuteye undisturbed.

Nice and clean room overlooking the sea. Nobody on the beach. Joy is very competent, pleasant and attentive. She organised excursions for us at our request.Good and cheap restaurant in front of the hotel with nice owners. For dinner, a nice restaurant on the left, not cheap but very good.

Was very disappointed that our upper floor view of the sea was shielded by palm trees although very pleased to have the shade from the same trees on the beach. Solution could be to take out a few branches.

Fabulous location on the beach which Joy the manager kept free from rubbish so very pleasant to sit on. Plenty of sun loungers with cushions. Was not expecting breakfast but very grateful to be provided with toast, jam & bananas. Plenty of good restaurants within walking distance who will also deliver to the hotel. Our upper floor room had comfortable seating on a large balcony. Joy was always available and very willing to help out. She is a great asset to the hotel. Only 6 rooms so small and friendly.

This place is lovely, right on the beach, clean and comfortable beds. The beach is really quiet too. Joy made it even better, she was helpful, friendly and even left a present for my wife’s birthday. The dogs also added to the stay as we were missing our own.

If I was trying to find an improvement it would be replacing the curtains, they are light and fine and let lots of light on very early in the morning.

Fabulous guest house in an undiscovered part of Thailand. Amazing beach location with a smattering of restaurants. Very quiet and laid back. Super efficient lady who runs the place, went above and beyond to help, great to see them helping the animal population, they have four dogs who are unobtrusive and friendly, especially Lady Amy.

Sea was a little dirty sometimes. And if you will take the room with mounting view, it could be a little noisy from a road, locals really love noisy motorbikes. :) Rooms with sea view are better.

Great as usual! And even become better than 5-6 years ago. Joy was really nice, careful and helpful like always. Everything works, some food and snacks in the morning. The guesthouse located right on the beach, that's awesome! You don't need any shoes here and that's awesome too!

It's home away from home. Joy is an absolute pleasure to have a chat with, all local knowledge and all round great host. Having your own private beach for the six rooms. Great location if you have transport. Loads to see & do & eat. Looking forward to visiting again next year.

Spacious, practical facilities - straight onto an empty beach, with a beautiful large restaurant next door, and a cosy family run cafe across the road - both with excellent food and very hospitable staff. The manager, Joy, helps with everything and more - she is patient, calm, ready to laugh and very efficient.

Joy was a joy! She is such a star the way she runs the place, so helpful with suggestions of things to do and to help us plan our onward journey- thank you! Place is right on the beach, outside seating available in the form of tables and sun loungers. There are several restaurants nearby and a mini shop 5 minute walk away.

Beautiful room overlooking the sea. Lots of space, an outdoor seating area, good shower pressure, a fridge to put our drinks. The bed was not perfect but not too hard. One of the best reasons to stay is the kindness of Joy who will look after you very well. There were restaurants recommended within walking distance and the 3/4 we tried were great.

The best! Location on the beach, which was almost empty during the low season. Nice, big and clean room. The balcony to chill in the hottest hours listening the waves. Joy, the host, the nicest person! Also Amy, a dog.
