Lovely accommodation in gardens and on the beach. It's at the south end of Kai Bae beach which seemed quieter which was perfect for us but just a 10 minute walk on quiet road to the main road with bars and lots restaurants. There is a 7 eleven which was good for snacks and drinks. We had a room on the seafront, the bed was comfy. TV worked well as did the air conditioning. You can get breakfasts and lunch on site, they had plant based milk available. They top up water each day. The views are amazing at sunsets. There are large bean bags on each balcony to use. The tide can be high but you can sit on your balcony or in the gardens. There are some water activities available at extra cost. We booked a snorkelling trip via hotel and we enjoyed it and saw lots of fish and coral. We arranged a taxi via Seaescape to collect us from Trat airport after a very long journey as didn't think we'd be up to dealing with the different bits of the journey to get to Koh Chang. We had the same guy on the journey to Bangkok and if you want to treat yourself we would recommend the guy they use. We hope to go back.

Very disappointed to have to pay 500 BHT for a hand towel. There was a stain from food on it and we would have been more than happy to pay the laundry costs, which would have been 80 BHT for a kilo. It really spoiled the end of a perfect stay and left a bitter taste

We only stayed 6 nights !

The layout, the space between the bungalows. They deserve an award for responsible tourism. They could have copied Kaibae Grand View and doubled the number, instead they have created a fabulous calming resort . Breakfast was good too .

Wonderful location and not too busy, yet only 10 min walk to Main Street with lots of bars and restaurants. Poca bowl restaurant was amazing! Plenty other local Thai restaurants with good food and atmosphere. Spent a week here and very relaxing. We asked to move our villa when we arrived, as first one not ideal, receptionist was very good and without any fuss moved us the next day to a different villa. Smiles all round! 😀

If I have to find something, I would say that during the day, there is very little shadow on the beach, but overall facilities, staff, room were all fantastic.

There is no bar or restaurant, but the offered breakfast is very good though ! There is no "dry" beach. At low tide you can walk along the coast. They are building new accommodations which are just as big as the existing(also just a bit too small in the bedroom) but are right next to each other and some are very close to the road, I would not recommend those. If you reserve a transfer to Trat airport via reception, don't leave 5 hours in advance, three is more than enough. The chairs in front of the cabin are not at all comfortable.

Very nice accommodation, nice villa's on the slope near the sea. Upon arrival we were greeted by a very friendly staffmember. Rooms were recently refurbished, bathroom was all right. Reception staff was overall very friendly and helpfull. Scooter rental easily arranged by reception and even the breakfast ordered, was really nice. Rooms are very clean. The beds sleep really well, AC is more than ok ! The hotel is located at a really good location right in the middle of where it all happens.

I really liked that the bungalows had some space around and every of them had a nice view (we booked the garden view but we could still see the ocean :). The bungalows are really comfortable and clean and the surrounding is just beautiful. The hotel is really quiet but there are a lot of shops and restaurants just a few minutes walk away. we highly recommend this hotel!

Even if it’s been far away, we could hear live music very loudly. Didn’t really like it but obviously not the resorts fault.

Lovely staff and lovely bungalows! The beach is very beautiful, the whole area is clean and well maintained and I couldn’t have been happier about their café offering oat milk.

The furniture in the cabin and bathroom is a little bit dated.

The staff at the reception /cafe are excellent and work really hard. We stayed in one the cabins which was terrific. The location is wonderful and having breakfast virtually on the beach is really great.

The shower pressure was very low and water didn’t get hot. There’s not much of a “beach” until the tide goes out just before sunset, but you can sit on your terrace or on the grass near the water during the day

Amazing view from the room straight out to the sea with beautiful sunsets. Small but well equipped and super clean room. Friendly staff. On site reception/cafe with coffees, drinks, snacks etc available. Cute fluffy resort dogs! 10 mins walk to the main high street with lots of great bars and restaurants

Our stay was great. The bungalow was exactly as presented in the pictures and the staff was super nice. The whole complex was very clean and it is only ten minutes walking to the main street where a variety of restaurants is located.
