two things actually ; no telephone in the room , second you need to do good excercise to reach the lift (lift from floor 3 and above).

specious rooms, clean, location is great, near beach and adjacent to central pattaya. staff are good, A/C is cold and good, also there is a fan in the roon, microwave and iron are available in the room.

It was a lot of noise coming from corridor during morning and afternoon especially during cloning the door and the room was not sound proof.

Getting a little dated but not bad.

Room was a good size, balcony was decent, small shop & restaurant at floor level was very good and friendly staff. Elevator/security were very friendly.

I think the layout is the layout, but if you have to leave the hotel via fire stairs, it would be nice to make the route more appealing. Everything else was pretty good.

It's a pretty good location but the access to the beach was through a carpark and not aesthetic. Still, it was a good place to stay on a budget, walking distance to night life and food, and definitely worth the money.

Room cleaning isn’t up to the standards, This isn’t my first stay here . There needs to be little extra care needs to be taken up for cleaning services.

The only bad thing about the room is the bed, was very firm and not very comfortable..

the price is very reasonable, and the location is also top-notch.. have stayed before will stay again

The elevators only went to the 3 floor, that meant 2 floors of stairs. The bathroom was dated.

Great location, near the beach, Central Pattaya and Night Bazaar. Nice mini kitchen with clothes washer.

Friendly staff with own office inside VT6, nearly always available and willing to help you. Easy and quick check in /out. Daily cleaning service and every 2nd day change of linnen and towels. Nescafe, tea and 1,2L drinking water every day. Big balcony with nice Seaview to the south from 17th floor. .

Overall it was good experience. The cleaning isn't immaculate. It can be improved.

Location is great. One side is the beach, other side is Indra Market. Room offers great view of the ocean. The building is quiet. Its besides Central festival.

Good location,Receptionist staff lovely. The condo is very dated and the cleaners need to learn how to clean. We stayed 5 nights and they didn't change the bed once.

Location The room is quite big Pedestrian access through back gate to beach road and shopping centre next door Pool gets plenty of sun (until someone builds on the vacant block next door - then I am not sure the pool will get much sun at all). If I was going to stay here again I would check the reviews regarding this. A pool is important because you don't want to swim at the beach as water quality is poor and there is quite a lot of rubbish. I read the reviews about this apartment before booking so I knew what to expect. It is tired, but perfectly functional. The balcony is tiny with no room for a chair. Currently you can see the sea, but this may change when next door is developed. If you want to cook meals, then you will be disappointed. There is hardly any kitchen equipment, but we just wanted a toaster and kettle. The sofa looked extremely uncomfortable, though we never used it. I definitely would not want to use it as a bed. When we were there (early Dec) the place was pretty quiet. Not much noise from other apartments or street. It suited us for a couple of days. Just make sure you read the reviews so you know exactly what you are going to get.

As this is apartments and not hotel some parts are more self-service with bags and things unless you pay for help. but access is easy and lifts are good so no real hardship. A Room service can be provided by shops on floor 3. so, get a contact number if you need. though not 24 hours - but i was aware before booking this had no affect on my stay or enjoymnet. reception can help with most other questions.

To start would use again on my next stay is a YES. Room is as description. staff friendly with good security. Room may be showing a little age but was in good condition and very clean. The bed is on the Hard to very hard side. Has many facilities on the 3rd floor, washing, food, shop massage. And access to pool. This was a little cold but it is December. Easy access to beach with secure gate key. Think this room had beach view, but had to lean over the balcony to see it. Overall, a good stay, easy safe, 4/5, you will find something a bit cheaper around, if you’re on a tight budget or just want 3* B&B style rooms maybe this is not your thing. It was ”guest” friendly You only get what you pay for, and as this was high season , it was not bad. With lots of freedom very good alternative to a full 4* plus hotel Hope this helps

Had to play around with the shower to get hot water and it took a wile but when It started it was all fine. The room was advertised as 5 start but the room looked like it was decorated by stevie wonder. But wasn't there to live in the room so that didn't bother me to much but would have been better if the decor was nicer.

The room size was great the staff were all amazing from reception to cleaning staff there are plenty of little shops on site if needed. And literally on the beach witch was brilliant

Amenities could have been a bit better, no chopping block, no bottle opener. just little things.
