Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

ThailandRooms are old, bath and shower very small, beach is small, pool is nice but no towels and service. Overall nothing really to do, restaurant empty, limited BF served in the room if you manage to explain what you want, most guests eating in their rooms, most staff do not speak English but very friendly, place located in the middle of nowhere, nothing in walking distance, I think most guests use it for a one night stop on their way to the south, in which case it is quite ok.

PakistanI asked for a pool access room but i didnt get one. Its totally different what it look like. I went with a my wife and a daughter there was no light, the staff was just limited and no halal food. The service was worse as no one to carry luggage and 2-3 times the light was totally shutdown.

ThailandThe resort seems aging and need a bit of a facelift, especially after the rainy season. It looked to me that the pool suites have a better exterior paint color. Some renovation work seems to be taken place (which is good) for the hill side suites. However I think the management in the meantime could pay a little more attention to the basic maintenance such as the suite outdoor access area and the buildings out door paint. Reason being, that when one sits on the spacious terrace enjoying the sea view, the fading paint of the front suite spoiling the almost perfect picture view.
The resort is located on a nice slope towards the beach surrounded by greenery, offering each hill side suite a good sea view. The pool area is nice with great sea view. The room layout is well designed and very comfortable with ample living space.
