The location was far away from the City Center as it was located high up in the hill. To reach the center we had to call a cab everytime, which cost us about 500 baht go and back. In the evening we had to close the door always, because there would be mosquitos and flies coming to the room. The worst thing was, there was a big (!) duck screaming every night, that keep us awake.

The apartment had a nice cooking area, with all the stuff that you need for cooking. Also, the water in the shower was very strong and clean. The staff was very kind and always avaialble. We had free water all the time on request. The swimming pool was very big and nicely located. The television seemed very new and also had alot of functions, which made the stay well entertained. The balcony was nice and especially the view on whole patong was incredible. In the day time and in the night time it was very calm and silent as the location was far away from patong center and bangla road.

Obviously with the views it had it’s too far a walk to Patong central with kids, though we had a car it was fine. Grab didn’t bother coming there so keep that in mind when staying here

This property had some of the most amazing views of Patong. Nice clean balcony bug size room. Had all facilities needed for our short trip. Staff was very friendly.

Amazing customer service, everybody was so friendly and helpful they helped us sort taxi and advice and looked after our bags for hours while we went out on a day trip. They also offered complementary coffee and snacks which we helped ourselves to whilst we waited for our check in time. Amazing modern room with a great view of Patong.

We stayed for 3 days, a really cute and pleasant hotel, we were welcomed by a really polite and nice staff, we got an explanation about our stay and the hotel itself, there is a comforting pond below and another pond with a gorgeous view of every Patong beach, the room is really cozy and clean, There is a kitchenette with kettle, microwave, electric stove and kitchen accessories location high on a mountain, you need a taxi To get to the beach, I recommend the hotel.

Everything was great!

The hotel is located on the hill overseeing Patong and Beach. We had booked the 2bedroom with private pool for 3days during my birthday and the views are spectacular!!! staff were extremely friendly and helpful, on our last night there they came up with a birthday cake and sing happy birthday which was a beautiful suprise. My husband n I enjoyed our stay and will be back next year 😊

My only criticism of the place is that there is practically no food available within. There are a couple of pleasant eateries up the road, so you are not far away from a decent breakfast (not the "farang" one!) but they should provide some sort of deal with any of them to deliver meals to the room. I think that a car or at least a motorbike is indispensable there as it's up a very steep hill from the nearest road with shops.

It's a small hotel. The best thing about it is the view and if you get yourself one of the rooms with the private pool you bag yourself a lovely spot. You have sole access to the little pool with your room key and it's very private and relaxing at sunset with the lovely view is something to remember. Staff as usual are very pleasant and helpful. Some language limitations, but not an issue.

Accomodation is up a very steep hill so tuk tuk drivers are sometimes hesitant to take you up it, however a few extra baht easily fixes this

Absolutely beautiful accomodation, very clean and comfortable. Good location, 10 mins away from Patong beach by tuk tuk so it is slightly away from the hustle and bustle of the busier tourist spots. The BEST Thai restaurant a 5 min walk away. Staff were wonderful and extremely helpful, room cleaned daily. Cannot recommend it enough! Pool and view AMAZING
