Very loud drunk young people, staff did nothing about the complaints it was hard to sleep

Pool was not very clean. The outdoor bungalow did get a lot of bugs and was covered in ants and the fan didn’t work great and was loud. For what we paid we could have got better value for money

Not the most comfortable bed but I've had much worse so it's ok.

Great resort and location. Friendly staff and everything you need is close by. Room was clean and during my stay for 2 nights the room was empty. Which was a shame as I wanted to socialise but nice as was like having my own private room for a much cheaper price. Right next to the pool and reception which is nice prime location.

The room is full of mosquitos, I woke up bitten to death. Maybe worth having a mosquito net over the bed or some catcher sticky tape or something to try and reduce the mosquitos. Other than that it was a very nice room. Minor complaint but Breakfast starts at 8am. Fine if you're not in a rush but would prefer 7am if going out for the day.

I upgraded to a room that backed straight into a private pool. It was very nice and I loved it after being out in the sun all morning. AC was good and a decent breakfast selection. The restaurant is right on the beach so it's great for watching the sunset at night and the food is pretty good.

Unfortunately it was very loud in the evenings with people shouting on the street that ran through the resort and the dorm room (8-bed) I paid for wasn’t worth the amount I was charged I didn’t think.

For starters it was a shared room with 6 beds and none of them had a curtain so there were no privacy at all, then there were only two power socket for 6 people!!!! That’s crazy, there were also doing some constructions with of course implies a lot of noise and then around 17:00 PM they went into the room while I was having a nap and started to fix things in the bathroom.

When you pay with credit card, they automatically choose payment in EUR and don’t give you the choice to do payment in THB. But paying in EUR you are loosing 10%.

Aircon didn’t work; but staff helped. Our bathroom was not enclosed with the bedroom and had to be locked at night to not let hot outside air in…

Had a good stay. It is very basic, our bathroom was not enclosed with our room so we had to lock it at night for the aircon. Our aircon actually didn’t work when we checked in, but staff did help sort it out. It is what you pay for. Really good location and good pool.

Two seperate beds, but we booked very late so was our own foult.

Good breakfast included in price. Very friendly staff. Beach very nearby. Scooter rent very nearby, also lots of other restaurants very nearby. We stayed here two weeks and did not regret this. They pick you up at the pier, and bring you back to the pier when you leave, for free.

I was in a shared room Beds not too confortable (I was sleeping on the upper bed). No individual lights nor lockers. Staff wasn't really helpful. Swimming pool was green and full of mostiquitos (I couldn't lay down close to it for more than 30min)

To be honest the price is just too high for these old bungalows. For us middle-aged backpackers the quality is ok, we are used to the basic level, but it's not today´s standard for this price. Also the swimming pool was under maintenance the whole time we stayed there so no point paying extra for that either.

Nice bungalow garden in the middle of Sairee beach near everything you need.

Couldn’t use swimming pool water was green and dirty Staff didn’t care about guests. Had to wait long time for Checking in as room wasn’t ready. Very unorganised.

Property was clean ok value for the money. Not far from beach villas look lovely but garden rooms look like getto building
