All villas are perched on a hill. Be ready to climb lots of stairs. Mosquitoes could be a problem for you if you attract them. Chickens could wake you up if you like your beauty sleep, but that's just a small complaint.

Perched on a hill, the view is wonderful. It's right in front of Koh Ulsen, which you can walk across during low tide. Staff generally very helpful. Restaurant is surprisingly good

The long boats are very noisy, its like you have a neighbour who likes to mown the lawn. But it is'nt a dealbreaker.

The view is excellent and the rooms are big and welcoming. The pool was 10/10. And it was nice and close to the semiprivate beach.

The rooms are still Thai style so lots of bugs and creaky floors but can put up with that for the view and experience

Be prepared to climb stairs

Get the room with the private pool. Its worth every penny. Insane view and this hotel has the best beach on the island!!! I swear its a dream. The view from the restaurant is breath taking. The villas are so confortable and they pay so much attention to detail. They even had staff waiting for us at the dock. They bring breakfast to your room and its just awesome.

The floor was creaking every time we walk on it. Air con sometimes not strong enough for the hottest part of the day.

The breakfast was amazing, staff was very nice. The food in the restaurant was great.

Steps for walking up and down between Villa and the beach should be more professionally built. This is about safety concern. If someone ever fell or miss their steps, it could put resort at risk of getting sued.

the location is not that convenient，the shower water is small and got cold soon，comparing to the price（12300bah for one night）， the facilities should be better.

Just one thing was missing,since there was a swimming pool,a place to hang towels and wet cloths.

The bungalow all in wood like old Thai style.The view of the sun rise from the terrase was just exceptional.The staff were helpful and very polite.

Not that I didn’t like it, but it may not be the best option for people with physical disability and mobility issues. Series of wooden stairs connects the bungalows with the beach and it can be a struggle even for able bodied individuals.

Beautiful bungalows nested in the jungle, on a cliff above the far east end of Sunrise Beach. Serene, peaceful and quiet. Everything can be delivered to your room. That particular stretch of the beach has the finest powdery sand as well. Great restaurant on premises with plethora of options, both local and western cuisine. The staff is phenomenal and very accommodating.

Great location, all the staff from the day we stay till check out was very helpful and amazing.. Very honest staff, as I left my gold ring and they kept for me and updated. Me and my wife really had great time and surely recommend to our friends and family.

Best location and view on the island. Your own little beach with the best sand. Great staff and good variety of Thai and western food at On the Rocks restaurant. Villa offered awesome views of the sea and lounge areas for lazing around.

Everything was great, managers and staff were available all the time and always smiling and ready to help. The best breakfast I have ever had being delivered to your room in your chosen time. Kayaks and snorkeling equipments were available for free. They have an immediate access over one of the nicest beaches on the island.

We loved everything about the resort. We snorkeled off the beach. We saw all kinds of corals and fish. The staff members were very professional, friendly, and charming. The rooms were well decorated, clean, and fantastic view of the turquoise water. Must try the On the Rocks restaurant. The menu has variety of delicious dishes Italian, American and Thai. We come to this resort once a year.
